Overall

We have used H & H for a few years with small projects, but when three 1200 pound steers had a dance party in my 1993 stock trailer and made all the rusty bits fall to pieces, it was a completely different story. I picked it up today and they did a beautiful job replacing the failing steel and matching the paint too! Thanks guys this trailer will last many more years now! Very happy customer!

I would like to say thank you for repaired my towing truck. You saved me a lot money and Time.
They repaired my towing truck flatbed shocks. They new shocks cost around $5000 . They repaired them less than $1000.

Thank you to everyone that helped repair our camper quickly. (See pic and know it is never good when your hanger bracket comes off.) We were able to to continue on our camping trip.

I called ahead of time and explained that I had a 4x4 truck with the manual transfer shift on the floor, but the rod is too short. Since they do not sell extensions for this model like they do jeeps, I wanted to see if they could just weld on an extension rod to give me another 7 or 8 inches of height. The gentleman on the phone said "Sure, bring it on down and we'll take a look at it"

When I arrived, the gentleman at customer service was less than helpful - told me "When you called you should have asked for someone back here on the shop floor who knows what he's talking about!" - like I would know that calling your business for the first time. And sounds like he has little respect for the folks that answer the phones.

This gentleman then stomps out to the truck with me to look at it - complaining the entire way that I didn't park closer and he actually had to walk the 30 feet. He looks at the rod, then says "I don't know anything about this, I'll have to get someone who does" - leaving me to wonder WHY we bothered to walk out to the truck!

Finally after another 10 minutes another gentleman comes to the customer service cage. Without looking at the truck he tells me company policy is to do no welding inside the vehicle - I would need to remove the rod and linkages, bring it to him to be elongated, then reinstall it in the vehicle. Again, I respect if that is your company policy, but WHY would the gentleman on the phone not know to tell me this, and WHY would the rude gentleman at "customer service" not know to tell me this?!

I get it's just Mason, and not a huge company. But lack of communication, and general disdain for your customers ends up wasting both my time and your company's, and ensures I will not try using your services again.
