They put in a whole new heat/air in 2 days. Our place never had AC to begin with. So glad I got it done.

This company sent a man to fix our central air, the man was very kind courteous very respectful, very informative and very professional explained every move he made and everything that he checked, we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of their services,
If I could give them 10 Stars I would, they will definitely get our business from this day forward

Came out to look at geothermal system. Tech was adamant the compressor went bad, rendering the system obsolete, and immediately tried selling me on a $30,000 replacement. Same tech told me a few months prior the refrigerant for my unit was no longer available and if I had a leak I would need a replacement.
Called a different company who immediately diagnosed the problem as not having refrigerant and the compressor was fine. This tech had the so called obsolete refrigerant on hand in his truck.
It is clear this company is sales focused and not customer service focused. Don’t expect an honest answer from them. There are still some good people in this world who aren’t looking to get rich off the customer, aire serv is not one of them.

We recently used AireServ (Michigan Center) to replace our HVAC system in our home, as well as to put a mini-split in our outbuilding. We were very pleased with the people we dealt with, especially Mike Cummins and Bryan Schipul, who did the installation. They were both knowledgeable, which is most important, but they were also very polite and friendly. We were completely satisfied with the installations, and couldn't be happier with our purchase. I should also mention that the initial call was made to get service on the existing air conditioner that decided to die just before we were due for some of the hottest weather of the season. Bill came out for the initial service call. He, too, was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us into anything. We knew the day to replace and upgrade our systems was in the cards. Mike, the owner, actually made the sales pitch. He offered several options, and did not pressure us into buying anything; just gave us what we needed to make an informed decision. He was very quick to respond with any follow-up questions we had. The staff in the office was also very friendly and responsive. Overall, I think this is a good company to work with.

UPDATE:
Mark the owner called me back after Eileen called me. They are sending out a tech first thing this morning. Will keep this review posted.
Called them before 10pm on an emergency service because my furnace went out. Here it is 4;15am and still no on call tech has called me back to even see if we had alternative method of heat and told the foreign answering service that there were children in the home. Called 3 separate times to try and find out if they’d even make it out, no courtesy call nothing. Was just left to let my home get cold and my children to be cold through the night. Total disappointment from this company.
Thanks Aire Serve, this a big city with a lot of companies that want to treat the customer right. By the way it’s time for a new answering service.

Our chimney was struck by lightening. Our boiler vents through that chimney and Aire Serv came out quickly, inspected the boiler and made sure things were good to go. I have a second appointment coming up for our annual check up and they were wonderful about the scheduling and sending me previous reports. I will definitely keep using them.

The HVAC technician Bill went above and beyond to provide us with the best quality service possible! He spent 10 hours at our house working tirelessly to repair our AC unit. His work was thorough and he was extremely personable! 10/10 service! Bill was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend this company! Thank you so much!
