We had storm damage to our prior Sunsetter awning on a Friday. Rusty came out to our home that same Friday evening to give us an estimate to submit to our home owners insurance company. He even retracted our damaged awning so we could still use our deck space in the interim. We submitted our claim and received our approval to replace our awning the following Monday. We placed our Sunsetter order with Awning Solutions and were told it could take up to 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. We had a family reunion scheduled 3 weeks from our order date and hoped it would arrive in time. UPS wasn't delivering our Sunsetter in a timely fashion and Rusty offered to drive to Saginaw to pick it up 2 days before our reunion. Awning Solutions went above and beyond making sure that our awning arrived AND was installed in time for our family reunion. Great company, even better customer service! Thank you
Our electric awning wouldn't move, either open, close, or jog! I called in the morning and left a message. Scott called back on his way home and helped me reset the remote!! The awning now works perfectly. I now have their number in my contact list!!!
