I would give them 0 stars if I could. Half installed my generator and then”went out of business.” No response from corporate. Ghosted me. Had to hire another contractor to finish the install. Horrible company. Cost me thousands. Do not use these people.
Scam and you should avoid at all costs. They closed down early 2024 with no notice to customers. I work across from their former building and the signing is down. They have someone who answers the phones but she will always transfer you and no one will answer any calls in any dept. VMs are full.
I had their Generator Maintenance plan and they stopped charging back in may 2024. Now they’re charging again and won’t stop. I had to open a dispute with Chase for fraud.

Pathetic after-installation service response. I left at least a half dozen phone calls, and they have not returned any calls. I called the headquarters in Texas (!), no response. Shop elsewhere.

I would avoid at all costs. The company preforms installations without licenced electricians / gas fitters. I'm amazed there are any positive reviews (must be fake) since I worked there and every single customer I encountered was not happy with the company. They would expect employees to pay for parts and gas for their company vehicles and hope to be reimbursed. Not to mention they expected employees to do unethical installations so the jobs could get done, even when they were not in many cases safe.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Generator Supercenter as a whole! From the install consult with Leah, to the actual install process with James and his partner and the gas crew the following day. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and willing to answer any questions I had. The office staff-Crystal, is on her
A-game and keeps the ball rolling. Would definitely recommend!
