Highly recommend Bruttell Roofing. Matt and Cody were extremely responsive and mindful. Matt even helped with the color selection. They showed up on time finished the same day and cleaned up. The house looks great.

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prior to meeting with Bruttell, I had several other companies out for estimates, but this company was the only one that respected our time. When they came to do the job, the workers were fast and clean. Polite to my kids when they sat out and watched them for hours. We didn’t find a single nail afterwards which is so important for safety of my kids. Coty came out answered all other questions. Hopefully won’t need their services again soon, but would 100% recommend!

I am so pleased with the job Bruttel roofing did on my home. I would specifically like to thank Matt Smith and the crew he provided. Matt paid attention to every detail on my roof. It was not an easy job there were many points of concern that required detailed attention. Matt did not miss a thing. He knew this going to be a complicated job and he provided his very best team to replace the shingles and attend to all the valleys and flashing that needed to be replaced very meticulously. The crew was professional, they worked fast and efficiently They also made sure that my landscaping and brick pavers were protected from damage and left a clean work area every day. At the end of the job my roof looks absolutely beautiful and my yard was left looking as if there had never been any workers here. Choosing the correct shingle can be somewhat difficult. I was struggling with that choice and Matt Smith helped me make the perfect decision. If you are in need of a roof I strongly recommend Brutell roofing!

Bruttell recently did a re-cover for one of my client sites. It was a big job that started just before the holidays. The team that worked at the site was professional and patient especially when dealing with some challenging personalities. They were especially helpful to me as the Project Manager and had no problem with me asking to be onsite to meet the inspector (who was an absolute delight to walk the finished project with). I would happily work with them again.

If I could give this company -100 stars I would. They broke many fire laws and did not care if they dropped shingles on your head. (No spotters on the ground.) I do not recommend them. There are plenty of good roofers -- you don't have to use this company. The people doing the work couldn't speak English and "the foreman" couldn't either and was extremely rude. It took them a week to put a new roof on. Please note: The gas can was right next to a machine that was running and steps away from the entrance of the building. They were low bid "brutal" risky roofers. They just don't care. My contractor friend said to call the fire marshall because they didn't care if they blocked entrances/exits or kept gasoline next to a running machine. I'm sure they didn't care if they dropped shingles on a person.

I was a employee here for about a month or so. The company started out fine, I got along with the guy who was training me at first but then the last week or so before I left things just went downhill. First The guy training me stopped talking to me and stopped training me. I don't know if he was frustrated cause I was struggling to apply the mastic or flashing cement as it's called or what. At first he would take his time and explain things to me and even said I don't want you to feel like I'm just sending you back and forth to the truck just for the heck of it. Yet by the time I left it seamed like that's what he was doing. He wasn't letting me do anything other then be his pack mule. How am I supposed to learn when he won't train me or communicate with me. I once even walked back to the shop cause I didn't want to deal with his hostility towards me. Then management started messing with my money. First they didn't have me work on a Friday cause I wasn't experienced enough for the job they sent the guy training me on or the other crew didn't want me. Then the following Monday it took them almost a hour to find my paycheck cause they don't believe in direct deposit. I was tired of being treated like dirt by the guy training me. I'm not a human pack mule. Why he stopped training me I don't know. Then When I did finally leave it took them almost a month to mail me my finale paycheck. I had 2 paychecks coming but they lost one so I was only sent 1 of the 2 in the mail so I had to file a complaint with the dept. of labor and wages in order for them to finally find my missing paycheck and mail it. Just pure incompetence on management's end that it took 3 weeks to find a missing paycheck that was probably on someone's desk but they never bothered to look.

Excellent work, and on time. Recommend them without reservation. Roof looks beautiful. Back porch roof was also repaired and has been rain tested. Extremely pleased. Old porch railing awaits their removal when they are nearby, but could not be more pleased.

I has a small leak coming in my garage wall. Brutell is a contracted with my association. They came out to diagnose my leak. They worked effectively and were able to find the issue. They then explained to me what they found. They listened to me when I asked a few questions. The employees are friendly and fast.

They were very responsive. My wife and I appreciate it after getting ghosted by 2 other roofing companies. Most communication was done by email and phone. Especially since I travel for work, it made it very easy for me to not have to worry. There were also no surprises on the work nor the final bill. The final bill will be sent about two weeks after the work is completed. My roof was completed in a day. We were warned to take things off of the wall. Glad we did. However, we did have some glasses in an open cabinet that did break. I wish I took those down as well, but it is no big deal. We have way too much stuff anyway. The noise wasn't bad enough for me to move. I was able to still take meetings during the work above my head. Dogs did go crazy. Also, asked about my satalite dish, which was great. I still have direct TV. So I was able to call them to have it reinstalled no problem either.
