I had my old/broken vertical blinds replaced with room darkening drapes. Andrea and a gentleman came out to measure,...etc. Two very nice gentlemen just left after installing the drapes. Everyone showed up at the agreed to time and did a wonderful job. The new drapes are beautiful---far nicer than I expected. I highly recommend LOWT!

Brought a 20-year-old motorized Hunter Douglas blind in to them with the idea it needed to be replaced, and while another window store in Waterford would not touch repairing it (needed re-stringing), this company actually asked if they could do this for me. And they did! This saved me over $1,000! So grateful!
