Your entire staff has been prompt, professional and very knowledgeable in explaining expectations start to finish. As a business man myself, I certainly look to conduct business with a group that provides the same values I provide my customers, long term. I have no doubt the Steensma Team of professionals brings those same values to our generator installation and electrical upgrades.

So pleased with my interactions with Don, Dan, Scott, and the gentleman who picked up and delivered my mower back to me from Steensma in Plainwell. I am a single woman who does not know much about the mechanics of lawn mowers and Don did a fantastic job of being patient with me as I attempted to explain the issue I was having with my John Deere RX75. He was so respectful, kind, and gave me the time to explain the different parts of my mower I felt might be causing my problem. I was so grateful to speak to any of the men there since it took me awhile to get up the nerve to even call for help. I will absolutely recommend Steensma to anyone who needs assistance with their mower and will call them again if I need to in the future. Superb customer service!

Top notch quality at it's finest! Very professional. It cost a little more but it is well worth it and Steensma Lawn & Power are very dependable! I highly recommend them! Love my Generac! Three years and going strong! My only regret is waiting so long to get one! Game changer!
