My family has used the Pella brand for years and felt it was a very reputable and good company with good products. We are now waiting on close to five months to get our patio door. When we placed our order they did mention it would take up to three months. It took almost four for our first scheduled installation date. The day before our delivery we received a phone call from the corporate office (not the sales person) that our door was not in stock yet. They promised they would call us to let us know when it would be installed. Several days went by and no phone calls. My husband then called them and got no response until he left a message he wanted to cancel his order. He then got a call back with excuses and apologies but no date when we were to get our door. Finally after numerous phone calls and instructing we will cancel our order, we received another date for the door to be installed. Today was to be the day they install the door. My husband took another day off to be available for them. When the installer came he looked at the door and was confused at the door that was delivered opened from the opposite end of our door. He then told my husband he would be back and went out to the truck to call the company. He did not return for a while so my husband went out to ask him what was the matter. He proceeded to say the wrong door was ordered. Needless to say after a phone call to the company, sales person, and a message to the sales manager of which the phone call was never returned nothing has moved forward. We were also told we are not allowed to cancel our order! Really, we can’t cancel an order for something you cannot seem to find a door for us, does that seem right? We really wanted to be able to use Pella but it doesn’t seem like anyone wants to help us or provide us with a door that we ordered long ago. My mother who has used Pella her entire life of owning homes was dumbfounded at this lack of professionalism and communication. Sad state of affairs!
I would give a zero if this was possible. I have contacted the company for 4 days straight regarding a window that continues to have air coming through and I have not gotten a response as of yet. I will be going to the better business bureau to see if that makes a difference. This is ridiculous that you spend this kind of money and can't get anyone on the phone.

How the hell does Pella think this is okay? Fingerprints between the pieces of glass! They got every single window and door incorrect upon original installation. I have been dealing with getting numerous items fixed for months. They came and claimed they fixed this issue yet the same smudges are still present. This is not acceptable. I even went through the BBB and issues are still not fixed. Run far away from Pella.

Bill walked us through the process of replacing our patio sliding door with incredible knowledge and patience. What I most appreciated was the way he helped design and price out many different options, and provided context on all of the different configurations. We ended up with the perfect solution for us and looking forward to working with Pella again in the future!

We ordered a new door a 9000 dollar door that included installation. We were given the date in mid October of An install date before Christmas. Pushed back due to parts to January and then again to February 1. Upon arrival February 1 we learned the measurements were not correct and that we would need a complete redesign. 10 days later I called to figure out where we were and Pella said they hadn’t talked to the design team. I told them I would rather cancel my order rather than continue and the rep told me “that is fine, but it was a custom door so we will need to drop off the door”. Also, this rep told me that he is too busy with meetings to take care of me and gave me a phone number. I called....the rep in the design center was great. She looked up my project, talked to the actual designer who said his work was fine and that the door would fit. They then scheduled a new installer....the best one they have. This installer showed up and said he would get it to fit he is a pro. He was great. Biggest issue now is as the first installer mentioned the door sits directly on our floor we can’t fit a rug under the door as we were told wouldn’t be an issue. The parts for the door weren’t all delivered, the touch up paint the installer had didn’t match the door, but he touched it up anyway. So today February 23 we haven’t heard from Pella and install is not correct the parts haven’t arrived and no word at all from the team at Pella.
They are not the professional installers they suggest and it appears it’s anything for a quick dime or commission and on to the next client.
We are not satisfied at all please choose a different manufacturer.

I gave this review 1 star because we had a good experience in the showroom. Salesperson came out to measure windows. It was clear from the beginning he didn't want to measure all of our windows. I think his implicit bias led him to believe we couldn't afford the windows. After being in our home for over an hour, I needed to leave (the rep in the showroom said it would take about an hour). He told me he would email the quote. Days later, no quote received. Pella shouldn't send people out that don't love their job or have internal barriers that keep them from doing a great job. Would not recommend this location to others.

Absolutely love or new windows and doors. Overall a great experience from start to finish. The quality of Pella products does not compare to most others. Best Warranty on the market. Highly recommend. Lori was awesome to work with

We love the full house of quality windows! We replaced everything and it's wonderful. There is a bit of a snag. The screw plug covers aren't initially were too small. They mailed us the list size and they were too big. We made arrangements for the service techs to come back out but neither plug fits. Now we are waiting for them to contact us with the correct size plug. Slightly annoying because we have to fit it into their schedule. You would think on the third visit they would install the correct plugs around our schedule since we've already taken time off for installation and then once more for the wedding size plugs. I'd like to see someone show up after work to install the correct size plugs.

Pella Windows are a quality product. My wife and I bought the Impervia windows system because we liked the added durability of the fiberglass frame and the better insulation factor. Our sales representative was knowledgeable and listened to our ideas and concerns and we actually enjoyed his visit with us. Thanks Dave Anderson and thank you Pella Windows for an attractive and energy saving product.
