My husband called on a Saturday to inquire about having our pool closed. They let him know they would call back on Monday. Not only did they actually call back on Monday, they also came that same day and took care of our pool. It’s hard to find reliable assistance nowadays and we were pleased with their service. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely head and shoulders above the rest!! I would suggest that you save yourself time and money and call these guys first. They took great care of my pool, their service was fast and there estimates are accurate. In a new post Covid world where customer service has all but disappeared, this company receives top marks. I would not let any other company touch my pool.

Scott provided a superb service. He is professional and trustworthy. He followed up on a previous appointment that was scheduled to fix my pool. He changed his schedule to address an issue that needed his immediate attention. I will be recommending Scott to friends who own swimming pools. Joel and his team are PHENOMENAL. We hired another company to help us with our pool opening and they ghosted us. I called Joel and they came out as soon as they could. We are experiencing issues from previous owners (of our home) lack of care and even when they couldn't help, they recommended someone who could. They are always sure to keep you updated on what they were able to accomplish and if they have to come back...most importantly, THEY SHOW UP. We will be lifelong customers of G&B Pools

These guys were fantastic. Under promise and over deliver type stuff here. I first started the process of a new in-ground pool liner in the middle of March. Received my estimate and placed the order March 16th. At the time I was told that "hopefully" by the middle of June we would have our new liner. Well, just had it installed yesterday, May 24th. It came in early and Joel and his guys worked pretty darn quick to make sure it was installed as soon as possible. Anybody else I know waited 4-5 months until their new liner was installed from other dealers. They were in and out within about 3 hours and water was completely filled about an hour later. They were very professional and made sure there was no mess left behind. Great job guys and thanks for everything!

I have used G an B for years, this year I decided to save a few bucks doing some of this work myself, long story short I ended up needing a new pump. They had it in stock and after 10 minutes of explaining to me exactly what I needed to do I was off and running, while I approached it nervously I did just what Joel said to do and completed the job in no time! Thanks guys.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are always pleasant and happy to answer any questions I have when I call, and as a new pool owner I have a lot of questions! They have also been able to schedule me for service calls in a very timely fashion and I have been very happy with their work on our pool filter. I foresee my family working with G & B for many years to come!

Been a loyal customer of G&B for over 25 yrs. Knowledgeable and friendly. Scott and his crew are hard working and efficient young men and a pleasure to interact with. Joel and his crew inside the store always make you feel like family. Knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. Love debating with Joel. Miss Bev and Jerry but it's always nice to run into them. Great business...
