Matt at Total House Inspection was very knowledgeable, detailed and thorough, especially for an inspection that had started late in the evening. He is very timely, as the inspection report was provided the very next morning. He was recommended to me by my realtor, who had used him to inspect their personal home. Exceeded my expectations as realtor. John from total inspection conducted the general, sewer and radon inspections with my clients present. Mike was great!. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was seeing. The inspection itself happened under not normal conditions and he took it in stride. I received a 70 page pdf with everything detailed and the major issues highlighted and flagged. Mike has provided me with all the information i need to made an informed decision on moving forward with the house or backing up due to the major issues!.
If I move forward with a different house, i will be coming back and asking for Mike for another inspection!

Mike Prichard is my preferred inspector for my real estate clients.
He is thorough and friendly. The reports are detailed and cover everything. He also walks through with you after he does his inspection to go over specific issues and concerns in person while you’re there.

We had the pleasure of having JC as our inspector, she was an absolute rock star! Polite, professional, very knowledgeable about any concerns we had. AND....went out of her way to get in to the attic crawl space to ensure my buyers had a clear and accurate picture of their whole home! Total House inspection keep me and the buyer thoroughly updated about inspection and report and will absolutely call them again!!

Dan Joandrea and the trainee joining him were both great to work with, very friendly and professional and gave us clear and understandable information. Thank you Dan for the home inspection we feel like we are equipped with the knowledge we needed. We received our full report just a few hours after the inspection was completed. We were able to book things quickly. Would recommend this company. We ordered both the home inspection and sewer inspection.

Jacinta was an amazing inspector. I will definitely be using them again if I need to have another home inspected. The report was very thorough and easy to digest. The optional add-on services were great to be able to leverage.
