Jack was great! He arrived on time, with a smile, quickly evaluated the problem and set me at ease...no worries, won't take long, I can fix this..and he did, to my satisfaction. He then asked if I had any other plumbing issues I'd like addressed in the time for which I'd already payed...I appreciated that honesty and his offer. He fixed, temporarily, a defective sink plug. I couldn't afford a full repair at the time, but now can use sink for a while without issue. Everything was left clean and orderly and Jack left, as he arrived, with a smile and a handshake. I've used Putman services several times over the years and will never go elsewhere.

I have used Putman and Sons for my previous plumbing issues for years and have never had an issue before. I recently had a leak in my sewage pipe resulting in the sewage water leaking into my basement. I called and scheduled plumber to come out. The plumber that came out was very nice however he just looked at the pipe, did not put a camera in the pipe or anything and told me that he had to consult with his boss to determine what to do because he thought there needed to be some digging through the wall and outside. He then told me that they would have to come up with a price and come back another day to do the work. Total time spent at my home was less than 45 minutes and I paid the $255, which I was told would be subtracted from the total bill when the work would be completed. That was on 6/11 and I never heard back from the company. No one ever called me with an estimate nor did they call my home warranty company. I proceeded to call on 2 different occasions to get the estimate and to schedule the job. I did not receive a call back even after I called. I then was forced to hire a whole new plumbing company to complete the work because I could not wait for putman to decide to call me. I’m not sure what happened but unfortunately I’m out an extra $255 and will not be using this company again.

Darren from Putnam and Sons saved my house from flooding. Broken main shut off valve at 3:30AM. I had to call Putnam emergency line as I tried to hold the valve together and bail water. He answered my call!!! Darren and his helper are my heroes!!!! Best possible experience and service from Darren. Such a PRO!!! Thank you Darren sorry didn’t get your helpers name. You guys are my heroes…and thank you Putnam for having great employees and emergency line service.

Recently had Putman and Sons out for a larger job involving excavating a new dump drain line. The previous system was quite a few levels of wrong and the gentlemen made sure to explain what was existing, what they were doing, the differences and also explaining any findings or changes along the way. I am happy to have chosen Putman and Sons for the job and every single member of their teams I have interacted with has given the impression of doing job right and with integrity. Definitely recommend them.

Jack was absolutely amazing for installing our second water meter. When the city came by and assessed it went out of their way to tell me that the work done was exceptional. Jack was respectful of our home and extremely kind. Would recommend him and Putman and sons to everyone.

I had so much anxiety going into this job but had such a good experience with the Putman team. It was a full day job - I had a busted pipe under a slab off the main living area of my house! Yikes ? it was a lot! John - the lead was very good at explaining all the details and managed the team and project with confidence! He was 100% on point with his diagnostic before breaking up the slab. They had to sledgehammer and dig 4 feet to get to the root of the problem. The outcome was we scheduled 3 days and only needed one and things are back in order. Thankfully ? things were smooth once they got in and no major surprises. Thanks team Putman! I appreciate having a great team behind this project! Happy for your support! No offense but hoping I don’t need to see you anytime soon lol ?

Dewayne and team from Putman & Sons did a phenomenal job with the work I requested. He was extremely polite and professional with my wife since I was at work. He explained pricing and the project to ensure we were comfortable and in agreement to proceed. He provided updates on timing so she could plan her day. Very personable. The work done has a very professional appearance and they cleaned up the work area when completed. I would recommend this company and I will personally ask specifically for Dewayne for my next need.. Excellent experience! They are so professional, they call before arriving, on time. They are so friendly, gentle and clean. So consider with our property and belongings. They changed 3 toilets in our house in time record, and even got rid of all the trash, including the old toilets. It was so impressive and thoughtful. We were extremely happy with the service. And definitely we'll call them every time we need something to be fixed. Highly recommended!! ? ✨️
