I believe They used grinned lime stone to raise a big concrete slab in front of my house and about 7 small ones around the edge of the house. The job was done perfectly and they have good pricing. These guys were the best customer service I have received in years!!! They were very professional and friendly from the very start of the process to the very end. If you are looking to raise concrete slabs, you absolutely must call these guys.

I have an issue with the work that was done on one of the panels. I called to complain but i gave not heard back from the company. It’s a trip hazard. I ended up tripping, falling and fracturing my ankle

They are in a hurry. I know time is money, I put in a lot of hours for mine. While I paid to have the driveway raised, I really wanted it to slope,tip,drain more away from the house, but I was told it was level. Level is not as good at draining as a slope is. Im not the professional I understand but I did mention the house sank, so I thought going above the old line would be better. The North side of the house gets no sun and its the last block out there to dry, water just kind of lays there because its more level than sloped and stays wet longer. Everytime I step out the door I wish I had insisted on 1/8 inch more, just feel like I wasted my money.
Research your project so you understand what it entails and re-ask your questions to the crew leader because important communications are lost from salesman to crew showing up. Ask to see the work before they plug up/cap off just in case you need to make adjustments. Dont be the customer that sits in the house the whole time as they request you do. Be out there to make sure you get what YOU are paying for, it is expensive and not something you want to go through a second time. Keep in mind the weather, their workload, locations, timelines, it is not by strict appointment, they have to move on to the next job and you may need to leave your car on street a few days as it sets up.
Overall disappointed. call around for your concrete needs, and do better than I did - almost 3k and Im looking get things redone, so Communicate with the crew leader on exactly what your needs are.
(*credit cards charged "The fee" - I wish they didn't charge merchant fees too, Im already paying the interest. Be better take it up with the cc companies, dont just dump on the little guy.
Added new photso. less than a year and water is pooling next to the house Again, this is why I wanted it higher, tipped sloped so it would Drain Away from the house. This was an important project and I never should have let the crew leader steamroll me and insist he listen to what I wanted, (would have taken 2-3 min.).
Now my project needs to be redone, this is hundreds, if not thousands of dollars that dont come easy to all of us.
If you just want cement leveled in a hurry these are your guys, if you have an important project, look around for a company that understands your home is a big investment and needs to be done right the first time, do overs are for games.

but if you had really read what I said you would not have come here with a bunch of Lip Service.
Bill didnt want to listen to me about this area, he claimed he already knew from larry, but he did not. He left it flat/level and started to argue he would get his level and PRove it, I can see it, I dont need that, I wanted it tipped up, and he was NOT unloading that truck and equipment.
He wanted payment, he & larry stated I am charged more for using a credit card.
You (Jeremy?) called me thurs morning , week before my appointment, and told me yall were coming over to Hurry up and get it done before the rain comes, Seriously, how much dedication will my project get? sloppy, even stated "well Im Jeremy the Owner, want to do this today", I dont care it was scheduled for friday the following week. And I was told by Bill and Larry to leave my car on the street for 3 days. Bill did tell me to go in the house because it gets very dusty, I agreed and went out to look a couple times, you do not have the friendliest crew.
However you should clear the job Before packing up equipment and asking for money.
I havent had your company back because of all the above BS.
Maybe you dont really know how your people are running things.
Maybe there is no jeremy or bill maybe Im being a Karen ?
I didnt leave my comment for anything other than to point out important things for any other old lady trying to get something done.

This group knows what they're doing and they get it done very well and quickly. All 6-7 working in our garage floor, sidewalk, porch, and those caulking our seams did a good job, paying attention to details and cleaning up as best as possible without power washing it (which I did a few days later). It looks very nice and the mortar plugs turned almost the same color as the concrete.

Creative did a fantastic job on both my driveway and my front walkway. Jeremy was very professional and on time. Took about 5 hours from start to finih. Would highly recommend.

Larry(sales), Mike(scheduler) & Crew Chief Dan were all courteous, professional, & informative. Work was very organized with a crew of 8, & WOW! Our walkway to the front door was raised, including one trip hazard slab which was fixed, caulked & leveled in a little less than an hour. Clean up was A1. Well worth the price. Thank-you Creative Concrete!!!

The guys came and fixed my uneven walkway and replaced my porch stairs. They were polite with a great sense of what they were doing. Each of them seemed to have their own jobs and worked efficiently . They did a fabulous job and I'm so happy with the results. Great job guys.
