They were extremely professional and clearly documented the issue with the system and several options for repair. They were quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Replacing your AC is never a fun experience but I’m so glad I went with C&C. The initial tech that came out to investigate my issue was knowledgeable, polite, and was honest in his referral. One of their managers was over the next day, was again knowledgeable and friendly while talking me through my options, and even shared some of his own home renovation experiences which was very beneficial. A week later the team was out installing my new AC. The two guys were on time, efficient, tidy, and incredibly nice. I’m a newer homeowner, so each of the guys I worked with were super helpful in talking me through my new unit and thermostat and how to maintain the new AC for longevity. The price was standard for the industry, so no surprises there. Overall this was a top notch service experience, and I love having AC again!

4/17 - Anthony came out to get air conditioner running. Was a little timid but professional and polite. Another great experience. Eric, Jeremy and Steve were timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. Left the house the way it was when they came in. Explained everything and will be back out in Spring to verify air conditioner works. Very professional and would use them again. Forgot to mention this is our 2nd time going with C & C. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
