My wife and I wanted a double sink vanity but the plumbing was for a single sink. Mark came through and assessed the situation and came up with a creative solution to get it all working.
The price he quoted was fair and within our budget. His work was thorough and when he was done he even cleaned up. Mark was the consummate professional and I recommend him and the rest of the Motor City Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
They were awesome! Called at 7:30am and they were at my house by 10am. Kevin did an amazing job and was very thorough with his work, he explained everything, answered any question that I had, and double and triple checked his work. He also recommended calling the township for them to replace the water meter because of how old it was. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Kevin and Motor City Plumbing & Drain.

Today was a great day! I made a call to Motor City Plumbing and Drain this morning -- greeted friendly by Janie -- and by 12:30 p.m., Kevin was at my door. He was polite, informative and fast! He got the job done and was on his way.
I take reviews very seriously because I heavily rely on them. I believe you'd be pleased with Motor City Plumbing and Drain. I most certainly am! They will be my go-to for any future problems.

Absolutely exceptional service! I experienced a drain back up in my main bathroom. Called several plumbing companies and motor city plumbing was able to come out immediately and resolve my issue. Mike B. Went above and beyond! He was able to resolve my issues and also provided me with a top tier experience from end to end. I’m a new homeowner, with the excellent service from Mike B. I’m now a loyal customer. I’ll be reaching out to this company for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service, I’m thoroughly satisfied!!

Tech George D was professional, detailed, and thorough in explaining the issue and solutions to me. Also, he worked in a neat and clean manner. Great job! I appreciate that the $49 service fee is waived if you have the work done. The price I was quoted was reasonable for the job that was done. In addition, I appreciate that I was not "ghosted" by this company like I have been by other companies. This company responds and calls you when they say they will. I will use them again. Thank you.

Kevin came to my house to install a new faucet. He was very professional and friendly. He Diana great job installing the new faucet and cleaned up the work space when he was done. He also had me test everything and asked if I had any questions. I would use this company again and welcome Kevin's help in the future.

Nick and Dominic were terrific. They replaced my old sump pump, as well as the water backup system and related drain plumbing that was failing. They did great work that makes me confident it'll last, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful of my home.

Steve was great! Came in and figured out the problem and got right to work. Didn’t waste time, did what he needed to do as quick as he possibly could. Once he brought Dominick in to help they finished the job and cleaned up so fast! Thanks awesome job!!!

When Steve came out last week to check and evaluate the job I locked in with Motor City Plumbing. Steve didn’t lie or try to over inflate the price, he actually called his boss and got me a good discount for me being a veteran and a retired deputy sheriff.
Thanks for everything Motor City, I am very satisfied with the work.
