I complained to my HOA about this new or what is supposed to be new concrete strip in front of our condo club house. I had a small party and my guests pointed out how awful this looked. I was so embarrassed. It was being put in like a couple months ago! My HOA said they have been trying to contact the owner of this company but the owner said it was fine work. The city sidewalks that are YEARS old look better than this. What a disgrace!

Mortar City Masonry

Mortar City replaced some concrete for me last year. At only six months old it, looks absolutely horrible. The work is full of pitting and spalling. When we contacted Scott, he agreed that the quality of work was "unacceptable" and would be replaced. He also mentioned that the crew that Mortar City sent out to do this job was not even a concrete crew! However, Mike, the owner of Mortar City, believes this is acceptable and does not see any need for replacement. He does not even have the common decency to come look at his company's shoddy workmanship himself. Now he won't even return our calls.
