I had a fantastic experience with Action Fence. The installers were super kind, considerate and went out of their way to make sure my install went smoothly. Really awesome guys and very happy with their services!
Was really surprised and disappointed that they do not provide service in Detroit. The office representative was nice.
EDIT: I updated my review stars from 2 to 3 because the owner personally called me to explain and offer a quote anyway on my property. That just shows a lot of care for his customers and quality of work that the team here does. I did recommend that the front desk folks be trained to at least take the persons address and explain that "out of service area" is based on miles vs just having a blanket statement "we don't serve detroit" and update the website to be specific in the Metro Detroit Cities that they do service.

Action Fence was the best choice I could have made for the project I needed done. From our estimate with Ryan to the ladies in the office, everyone was wonderful to work with. Forget going to a Home Depot or Lowes- Support a local business that is doing amazing work.

Action fence just completed a job at my home and did a wonderful job. From sales to installation they did what they said they'd do, on-time, with quality, and respect for my yard and landscaping. I was delighted that the owner called me after completion to personally ask me how the job went. That's very unusual today, and demonstrates they care about the customer, beyond the sale. Well done!!

Action Fence did a fantastic job on our privacy fence! They were very transparent and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They met their promise of having it put up in 1-2 days once work began! We are so grateful that our 2 year old son can now run free in the backyard without worry of him getting up to the front and into the street! Choose Action Fence, you won’t be sorry!
