Sundae was the professional who was entrusted to clean my condo for the first time. She was an excellent choice. She is a hard worker who gave a yeoman's effort in the three hours she spent here. I have asked that she return to clean in future. The owner, John, is highly organized and made sure that Sundae was supported throughout. John and his wife do a splendid job of running the business. I am very clear about what to expect in working with them. I am obviously very happy with my choice of Dawn to Dusk cleaning services.

HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE AND INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND OWNER. (ADD ON) The owner believes that this is what cleaning should look like. And ontop of that is accusing me of wanting a free clean. I want a refund because I wasted $15O for a job I had to go back and spend 3 hours doing myself. And the way this company responds to these reviews is incredibly unprofessional and shows just how low class they are. I called everyday at least twice a day since 7-24 to get in touch with the owner and every single day they had some excuse or he never called back. Im glad you record the calls. I look forward to the day you get sued and shut down. I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone use this service. I paid for a moving out cleaning service and based on the reviews I expected great service but what I recieved was below average and honestly unacceptable. My cabinets weren’t cleaned, the oven was not even touched, refrigerator dirty, no appliances were wiped or dusted off. They did not even sweep and mop. Ontop of all this it took me almost a week to get in touch with someone in charge to discuss this matter. And after presenting them with evidence of what a horrid job their employee did, not only did he stop returning my calls, but they also did not give me a refund. I’d also like to mention no where in the email or invoice I received did it mention no refunds. This company is unprofessional and a scam. Do not waste your money. You are better off doing it yourself.

Dawn to Dusk Cleaning Service

We have been very happy with this service over the last year and a half. Never a cancellation and always arriving ready to work. They have been flexible in using products I like as well as their own. We are empty nesters so the house doesn't get very dirty between cleanings, but we do live on a dirt road and deal with dirty floors and my wood floors always look great when they leave. I'd give them a 5 star rating on service but it is pricey. Although it's relative to your budget I suppose.
