I had rain water come into my basement during a heavy storm and Dustin H. and Chris M. were here the next day to inspect my roof. The roof was OK but the culprit was my chimney. I had re-chinked it 15 or 20 years ago but it now has visible gaps and missing grout. Being that the chimney is now only used to vent my water heater, the plan will be to remove it down to just below the roof line and then reshingle that area. Thanks to Dustin and Chris for your quick response to my issue.

Why are you posting my address? Totally unnecessary and a violation of my privacy. These issues and the repair happened several months ago in the fall. I just got around to posting a review. I had my gutters replaced by CS Roofing. I'm not sure how their pricing compares, but the work was sub par. They put the new gutters on over top of dirt and debris without so much as a wipe down. I had considerable leakage behind the gutters due to all the gaps. After calling probably a half dozen times, I had a service call to come fix it- they didn't show up. After calling a bunch more, I eventually got through by calling the line to get a new quote and was able to talk my way up the chain. Ultimately they came out and put a drip edge over the gutter which fixed most of the leakage. Still, I was left with a sloppy looking mess under the gutters, trash in my yard, and crooked downspouts. Have some pride in your work.
