Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 2/6 from 7 am - 9 am and no one showed up. I called and it went to there 3rd part answering service and they told me they would get in touch with a technician who would reach out who never did. To make a long story short I called 6 times and spoke with the 3rd party reporting no one has shown or reached out that day. No one from Landmark still have not reached out and contacted me. It’s now Wed 2/8/24 and I have called 4 more times and spoke with the 3rd party and they are at a total loss for words. Totally Ghosted and this is after I paid near $8,000 this year, come to find out what was totally unnecessary. Totally unprofessional and highly recommend everyone stay.

Two years ago we had the company come and put in lighting and redo our electrical box. It was expensive, a little bit more expensive than what it should have been (other companies had told us after the fact).
Installment and service were done and working fine. But we have had continued problems with the lighting in the living room. It continued to flicker and glitch. We called and had them come out, they said it was fixed. But it continued. We called again, gave us a different light, looked at wiring and again said it was fixed.
But it wasn’t, it continued to flicker, called in December to have them come out again, we were booked for February. It was the first available appointment. Cut to February 5th, the technician was a no show. We weren’t even given an update, I had to call them and book another appointment. Today was the make up, and again a no show. What a joke, we have already called another company who will ultimately fix the mistakes done from this company.

I have been calling and looking for an electrician for the last 2 weeks. Two companies called and never return my call. One company was very short on the phone and stated that the end of November before they could send anyone out.
I was very please with Landmark Electric, I call on Tuesday to set appointment, was given Thursday at 1 pm. Received a call later that afternoon with a new time of Wednesday at 1pm. Received another call Wednesday morning that he was ahead of schedule and he could be here before noon. Kyle was professional and answer all my questions. I would be happy to used Landmark again.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam! DO NOT TRUST. I had Shawn to come out for a estimate for a light issue I was having and try to sell me 3500 in work that I didn't need nor would he leave until I agreed to something! I live in a condo and I called them right away to tell them I'm not responsible for outside after I checked being I was pressured and that I need a credit being they have you put a deposit. Boy did I get the run around. First they would credit my card then turned to the check is in the mail that I NEVER received. I had to dispute the charge. They deserve NOTHING but I paid for the "diagnosis ". I had 2 different electricians look at my electrical and stated I was being taken advantage of! Shame on you landmark electric!

I had them come out to connect a attic fan. Shawn was amazingly nice and explained everything to me before he started work. I told him that I was working and he was able to do it without interrupting me working.

The company is paperless so I have a electronic copy of everything before the work started. The company had to reschedule once due to the job before mine taking too long. I received a text message with a picture and a trackable gps the day of the job.

Really great and easy company to work with.

I called Landmark Electric company out for service right after a storm. I had one of my anchors pull away from the wall of my house after a tree branch fell on it. The line was laying across my garage. My tech Shawn came out and did an inspection and let me know that my electrical was not up to code and even the reinstalling the anchor would only have potential of pulling back out again plus my lines coming to my house we're in bad shape. It's a fire hazard the way it was set up and also for DTE to replace those lines that need to be brought up to code. So he gave me a quote that evening and I add a plug for a generator which gave me a cost savings and he scheduled for next morning to have the work done. The guys we're out at 7:00 in the morning and we're done around noon. They did a phenomenal job and I just got the lockout for the generator switch about 2 weeks later and I'm testing everything out and it's working great. I would recommend this company to my friends and family in the future. Thank you Landmark Electric for your service
