We are so impressed with the service we have received from G&S! This year (like last year) They fit us in to their schedule the same week we called for an appointment. We have used them for inside and outside window cleaning as well as for gutter cleanup. Their Representatives were on time, very professional and friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the best way to clean our windows with latched in screens. Thank you, G & S- we’re so glad we found you!

Have used G&S for a few years. Scheduling always easy. Prices have significantly increased over last few years. Will not use again. Although the crew was polite, quality was poor! Exterior gutters were left dirty. To their credit, they were very responsive after I called. The crew returned and cleaned exterior gutters. However, I was told that they normally “aren’t responsible “ for external areas. I’m confident that they forgot one area, as I had to clear myself. We had a storm a few days after they had cleaned, had clogging and overflowing of water over one of our downspouts. I removed a lot of debris. Also, they left refuse bag, full of wet debris at bottom of the driveway, with obvious split in the bag (which was about 3/4 full and extremely heavy). Had to separate into 3 refuse bags. Advise all to check the services performed, prior to the crew leaving.

I have used G & S for window washing for years. Last week when the crew arrived to wash my windows I was informed that they no longer remove the screens on windows that you have to tilt open to remove screens. So I had to remove all the screens myself while the crew waited around doing nothing for 30 minutes. If the office had told me of this policy change I would not have booked their services. At the very least of I had known about this policy change, I could have removed the screens the night before instead of scrambling to remove the screens while also watching my 18 month old. The price for the window washing was the same as last year even though I had to take an hour and a half to remove and replace the screens. When I spoke to the office they offered no apology or discount for not communicating that their services (but not their price) has changed. This policy change should have been communicated up front. Use caution when booking with them in the future.
