He used to be good. I think they got too big for themselves. Scheduled an appointment to fix what they did wrong for a week. Never showed never called. Literally we scheduled 5 times in 7 days he ghosted me. I even told him I would pay the $100 service fee even tho they messed up. When I told him I’m calling someone else he replied go ahead. Here is the proof. Screen shots of the convo he’s a CON!!!!!

Normally Richard is a stand up guy. He’s been servicing me for a few years. Now he doesn’t respond or come by and fix the USED door he installed for my mother. Too bad I noticed the USED door after a few weeks. Richard apologized and I took his word on making things right. Now he ghosted me, it’s been 3 weeks. I’ve filed a complaint against him and the company. I can’t believe Above The Worse, I mean Best would do so. I wouldn’t refer him to anyone. Now I’m stuck with a used door that’s broke and he won’t come out and service it like he promised. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Great workmanship, great communication, great customer service. They will be our go-to for all things garage doors from here on out, and I will recommend them to everybody I know. They handled our very old historic garage doors with no problems at all. Never felt pressured or upsold, but always felt taken care of and like I had all the information and options I needed. And I appreciate that I was able to text them instead of having to call. Highly recommend!

Richard was great to work with. I had him replace my garage door and opener. He was prompt on coming out to quote the job and was great at communicating with me the process. Quote was very reasonable. My door was a special order that was delayed due to the Covid limitations. He let me know about the delay and updated me as he got new information. Once the door came in, we scheduled the install date. He arrived on time and was timely with completing the install. He cleaned everything up when the job was completed and made sure I understood all the new features of my opener. Highly recommended.
