Took them two years to attempt to correct an install/reliability issue, even when working with the CEO/ head of service, they sent techs out multiple times through the past few years (of course at no charge other than the cost of my time) yet problems kept arising with the same pieces of equipment they installed. I was then asked why I chose to purchase compatable equipment elsewhere and install it myself. They stated that because the new equipment was not purchased through their monopoly they would not update my firmware or service the equipment even with it being the same brand (Honeywell) they promote. It was not like I was calling Samsung to service my Honeywell equipment. If I purchased a "new" Ford I can take it to any Ford dealer for service regardless of what dealer it was originally purchased from. After about 4 years of paying annually for service they attempted to call my bluff, I canceled service and went with another monitoring company without any issues. I do not recommend using this company.

Update: I never called and asked for anything free aside from having equipment that couldn't last a year replaced over and over again. At this point I was simply paying $400+ anually and asked to have a revision update pushed to my panel. My current alarm company had no issues contacting Honeywell to have them push the update down to my panel. This was included in my monthly fee. I'm sorry you feel the need to mislead people with your response.
