Love our Norman Blinds! Kathy made the process easy and simple and the blinds look great! Kathy’s experience and knowledge along with being engaged throughout the process made it a wonderful experience!
My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Kathy at Gotcha Covered. The blinds that we purchased started to have quality issues. She worked tirelessly to "make things right". It took about 6 months but she got every issue that we had corrected to our complete satisfaction. If your thinking about getting window treatments call Kathy at Gotcha Covered. She is fantastic.

I had the greatest experience getting beautiful, colorful blinds for my childcare/preschool! Kathy made finding what I wanted so easy and so fun!! I was so impressed with the timeliness of the order coming in and someone bringing the blinds out to install...I would adamantly recommend Gotcha Covered to anyone looking for blinds in either their home or their business!!!

Great experience with Gotcha Covered. Kathy came out went through all the options. She measured everything. I'm so excited to have my new wood blinds. They are great. I didn't have to measure anything myself or try to figure out what to order in a dark store. I could see exactly what they would look like in my house before I ordered. Kathy was so helpful and the install went seamlessly.
Been a few months now. These blinds are great. Excellent quality.
Highly recommend Kathy.
