The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.
The younger staff are unprofessional.
Went in the unlocked door 5 minutes before they were open and the young man said sorry we're not open and I had to leave.
I love Valley Pools & Spas! We have had service from both the Burnsville and Andover Location and both are phenomenal! Leslie and John in Andover are both so very helpful. Heidi and Larry in Burnsville (where we purchased our Marquis Hot Tub) went out of their way to make our purchase a great one!
Highly suggest using Valley Pool

Great experience. They care about their products and not the bottom line. Don’t nickel and dime for everything when they could. Stand by their new pool warranties. John C was great thru build and after.

First time spa owner. Purchased used. Chemicals all out of whack. Went in with a water sample. They analyzed for free. Provided a "recipe" for recovery. A took the time to give a full explanation Got the chemical I needed at a reasonable price. Everything is now spot-on. Why would you go anywhere else?

We have been shopping hot tubs since June of 2021, it is February 2022 and we finally got our hot tub. After 2 horrible experiences with other hot tub vendors in the twin cities we are very happy with our Marquis Spa that we bought from Skylar! Be very careful when you shop hot tubs in the twin cities. many of the sales people are down right scum. Since it is COVID you will have to wait and they also have excessive down payments that they will not give back to you without a fight! Skylar was straight forward, knowledgeable and was able to provide us a fantastic hot tub at a great price! She has been great after the sale as she has checked up with us as well. The sale, delivery and after care have all been fantastic! Yes that is a stainless looking hot tub. It is SO COOL.

Always great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and whenever I have something going on with my hot tub that I think is a big deal. They hand me what I need and voila, it’s fixed! These guys aren’t just a merchant trying to sell you stuff, they are experts.

Leslie found us the perfect hot tub! We love it. She even came to our house to show us how to use it and care for it properly.

Don't go here if you want a quality hot tub or good customer service. We purchased a brand new Marquis a couple years ago and it's had a leak ever since we purchased it. Requested they replace it but somehow I was on the hook for the shipping even though I had received a faulty tub from the start. They ended up patching it but it continues to leak albeit slowly. I've also had 3 of the 4 straps for the cover come off. I've made multiple calls about the straps and they've offered zero assistance to get this fixed so far. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not waste your hard earned money here.
