We have rented multiple pieces of equipment from BGR (Brained General Rental) and every time we ask if they have it available they do. We have not ran into any major issues or problems with machines and all equipment we have rented ran perfectly since picked up and dropped off. The staff knows the machines well and is always above and beyond when they are willing to show you how it works before you rent it because most places won’t. Keep up the hard work BGR because it never goes unnoticed.

It helps to know where you are going with temporary road construction blocking one primary access to there facility, but BGR is a great business to work with. I have rented two pieces of equipment from them recently. In each case I found what I was looking for on their website and reserved them with a phone call. They do seem to have some peak times when they're desk personnel are quite busy, but they remain friendly, efficient and professional. Likewise the staff helping with letting out and checking in the equipment. They hooked up the trailer/loaded the equipment and were quick to familiarize me with the machines' operation. They seem to have an extensive inventory, are competitively priced and I expect I will be renting from them again.

The customer should always be right, not the other way around. Also, spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars, All I can say is go to home depot. You'll be way better off.

I've rented multiple pieces of equipment from walk behind buckets, a lift, and a post hole digger. Always walked me though the operation of the equipment and it's been well maintained and worked well. 100% would rent again.
