We have had our chair lift now for 4 years and I have been pleased with it's durability and ease of use. While the equipment is great, the thing we like about Arrow Lift is the support we have received over the last 4 years. We have a service agreement and the annual inspections, but when we have needed service support, they have been right there to help and solve the problems. However, the best part of Arrow Lift is the people. From sales, to service, to support, we have been impressed with every person from Arrow Lift we have met. They always were polite, kind, thorough and professional. Every person knows how to make you feel like we are all part of a family consisting of providers and users. They all make you feel like they would do anything to help and serve you, with their skills and expertise. We have recommended Arrow Lift to all of our friends and our recommendations have helped Arrow Lift to sell some units too. We have never regretted our purchase from Arrow Lift.
Shub a tech from Arrow installed a stair lift for me today and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Arrow. This is our second stair lift and they have provided us outstanding service.

I have had this chair lift since 2018 and because I have signed up for a yearly inspection since I really need it. Once they replaced the battery since it had been in service for three years. Once they found a sensor was bad causing the chair to stop in the wrong places. They always listen to any problems I am experiencing and correct the problem. I am 81 and I hope to live into my 90's and I think Arrow Lift will keep my chair lift working through those years. The chair lift was expensive but it makes three 90 degree turns going up my three story house and if it last for the rest of my life it was cheap and well worth it.

We have a LULA elevator and 2 chair lifts and have been using them for almost a year now. The LULA elevator has been working properly with minor issues. On the other hand, the two lifts have been malfunctioning since day one. We have had about 20 service calls and continuous service interruptions due to this. I would caution you NOT to purchase the chair lift from Arrow Lift.

As far as I am concerned they can take them out and burn them. They are nothing but a fix and repair daily. JUNK!! I know sooner get them out here and in a day or 2 they are having to come back out. I know one thing I fall they will wish there JUNK worked. JUNK JUNK JUNK

I literally don't know what happened, they were suppose to call me, they didn't, my mom was there but she has memory problems, my brother was there, but I can't get ahold of him to tell me. They didn't do any work on it, the track was still dirty, it functions the same. It's bizarre they have not followed up on a call to me like requested. Not impressed. An update...I received a bill in the mail for almost $400. They had only replaced the battery, no other service on the problems, moving slowly, groaning, squeaking etc. They had not even cleaned the track!! So it has all the same problems it did before the service call, nothing changed. The new battery put in did not even fix the slow problem it's having. Never heard back from them, just a $400 bill. I think they take advantage of the elderly. Reporting them to the mn attorney general.

Mark was great to work with. It took me months to decide to purchase but he was patient and very helpful. And his dog is just too cute!

We are always very impressed by how quick we can get service scheduled for our elevator and lift. We are also always pleased with the level of professionalism that the technicians provide when in our home. We have recommended Arrow Lift to a few friends who have purchased products.

My experience with Arrow Lift was excellent. I was facing an urgent situation to purchase a stair lift quickly, in advance of a family loved one returning home with little advance notice from an extended hospitalization. The staffer at the showroom was a good listener, informative and friendly. Showed me the options and then let me decide. NO hard sell or up-selling. Also, the turnaround for installation was quick, which was extremely important at the time. Well done, Arrow Lift!
