We had a wonderful experience with Gary G. and Smart Construction. He was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. Was always up front and honest throughout the process. The workmanship on the roof was excellent as well! We would highly recommend Smart Construction for any of your home repair needs!!

Noah Taylor is outstanding! Smart Construction knocked at my door and said I needed a new roof. I did a quick Google search of reviews, and decided to give them a try. I’m so happy I did! Noah is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I had a tight time frame, and Smart Construction got the job done well, and on time. The roofing crew worked on my roof for 15 hours. I highly recommend Smart Construction!

Gary Gamayunov has really helped me with getting my roof and siding approved through my insurance company State Farm. Gary guided me with the whole insurance claims process and made it very easy to work with him at Smart. I was highly satisfied with the quality of the work. Smart construction did a great job on our roofing and siding. We had a warm winter, so they were able to get to work right away and be done just in time for spring and summer. Though, we had to clean up a little after them, nails and roofing/siding debris and we had a snow shovel and bucket missing, it wasn't a biggy. But most of all our Guy Gary was AWESOME. Thank him so much for being so patient and answering our question professionally. He communicated with us through out the whole process and always reply right away. Even when he doesn't have the answer, he'll let you know he'll look into it and he definitely will get back to you. Smart Construction also work with your insurance directly so you don't have to be overwhelm by it.
