I have now had 2 great experiences with MJ Electric!! I was able to get an appointment within a week which seems to be a challenge lately. The job was a head-scratcher at best. The technician was willing to talk about a couple options that would work. He exceeded my expectations with the quality, clean and complete work he did. I cannot be happier with the outcome. We couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service, customer and technical, we received from MJ Electric over the past month. After discovering that our underground main line had failed, it appeared we had no good options: tear up a 500 sqft section of decking and move a hot tub or move the meter (and destroy our finished basement) location entirely. Brad made two visits to our home to meet with us and our Xcel Solutions Design engineer, diligently diagnosing the challenges and patiently mapping out our options. Without going into project specifics (which were legion), Brad and his team came up with a workable solution that saved us thousands of dollars and months of disruption. Also, Mike personally answered our calls and bent over backwards to ensure the project was completed on time and invoiced fairly. We will absolutely recommend MJ Electric to our Bloomington neighbors, given the opportunity.

Great company! I've been doing flips for 20 years and this is the best electrician I've used. Got his name from a friend, gave them a call and left a message. Mike the owner called me back within 15 minutes. He asked the scope of my project and then sent a man out within days...not weeks! I had a somewhat tricky job that required fishing many runs to my panel that was in the garage. His man was very professional and knowledgeable who gave me many suggestions to enhance my project. I thought for sure I would need to cut away large sections of drywall and patch for days. The guy worked so fast and you couldn't even tell there was any work done...all you could see when he was done was a small bag of wire scraps that he cleaned up. Very skilled worker. Trust me...I've used dozens of contractors...call this guy for your next job and see what the old days were like when you delt directly with the owner and got quality work at a fair and honest price!!!

He was able to send an electrician same day, who solved my issue for what I thought to be a reasonable price. Both the owner and his employee were professional, patient and approachable. I couldn't ask for much more.
