Lakewoods Remodeling did such a terrific job on my roof a decade or so ago, that I called them to give me an honest opinion on storm damage this year. They were easy to work with to get a fair estimate and coordinate with my insurance company. They offered me options and good advice. They communicated throughout the project and the team was reliable and friendly. The roof work was top quality and looks terrific. I have already recommended them to several neighbors.

Our experiences with Lakewoods Remodeling have been fantastic! They have performed 3 jobs for us over the years. Recently they sided and roofed our mud room addition. The work was top-notch, on time & full cleanup every day and on budget. Scott & crew quote, plan and execute so our project was worry-free! We will be absolutely work with them again.

Scott and the Lakewoods Remodeling team are top-notch professionals who are responsive to customer enquiries and quick to suggest solutions that work within your budget. After a negative experience with another roofer, Scott took the time to explain the situation, went over options with me, and got his crew on the job quickly. What was supposed to be a 4-day long rip off & re-roof only took 3 days. The team carefully cleaned my yard for debris and were polite and respectful. When I had questions after the job was done, Scott called AND stopped by to ensure all my questions were answered. He went above and beyond to help me with my insurance company and spoke to the adjuster on my behalf. If you need someone who’s competent, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy you cannot do better than Lakewoods Remodeling. Call them. You won’t be sorry!

Lakewoods Remodeling did an excellent job with my new roof. This was my first time submitting a claim through my insurance and Scott went above and beyond to ensure I understood every part of the process. He worked with my insurance, and ensured I was treated fairly. Everything from the delivery of materials, installation, and clean up was done with the utmost professionalism. The whole process was smooth, and the project was done in no time. Will definitely be using Lakewoods Remodeling for any future projects.

Lakewoods Remodeling was great to work with throughout the whole process, from planning through execution. Our soffit installation and fascia wrap project went smoothly. I'll be contacting Lakewoods for future exterior improvement projects.

Lakewoods did our roof and gutters, and we are very happy with their work. They were recommended to us by our neighbor and Lakewoods was great: Quality work, great crews, discussed shingle and gutter options, and at a competitive price = a lot of value! Lakewoods was the only contractor to suggest that I contact my insurance company to ask if I would get a discount on my premium by installing the more durable Class-4 shingle: The result is a 25% drop on my premium that will pay for the higher shingle cost in less than 4 years, save me money in the long term, and provide superior storm and wind protection. A triple-win. My neighbor and I both still have our Lakewoods signs in our yards.

Well after having a new roof 3 years ago, hail damaged it again.After having experienced superior service from Scott and his team last time, we went back to him.
Again, we experienced a superb job done in time. New roof, new gutters, new gutter covers all very well done. The city inspector just signed off on it. Thanks Scott and thanks to the Lakewood Remodeling team.

Lakewoods replaced our old wooden siding with new low-maintenance vinyl siding. We are very happy with the results, the timeliness of the work, and the responsiveness to our questions. Our house looks brand new and the price was right! I would recommend Brad and his crew for anyone's remodeling job. They are very low pressure in terms of sales which was also very appreciated. Felt like working with friends vs. a business.
