I don’t even know where to start. Conclusion first I guess…. Terrible company. If I could have a redo, I would have gone with MinneMovers or another local company.
1. AAA said they quote high and then take the price down. We loved 30% of our items ourselves and the final price never came down. In fact, it went up. The sales guy (Noah) was contacted multiple times, he said the price will go down… never did. Even being well documented, AAA did nothing about this situation.
2. Their insurance doesn’t come close to the damage we received. Ex: AAA refunded us $60 for a $3000 Room and Board table they damaged. That’s just one of many examples.
3. One of their movers used my fingerless boxing gloves to move our merchandise. That’s not only unprofessional, but extremely disgusting. Sadly, the mover had not remorse.
4. They damaged the railing in our brand new home. No refund.
5. Their packing was pathetic. Ex: the packed a used toilet brush with towels. Didn’t even think to bag the brush either. ?
6. We couldn’t find out brand new Mac computer. Lo and behold, attached is how it was packed. They’re not even suppose to pack computers!
I could go on….
Read the bad reviews before deciding. AAA attempts to bury the honest reviews with strategically automated review requests before everything is finalized.
Bottom line - I hope this review helps the next set of movers.

You refunded us $168 which is not even in the ballpark for what we should have received. That won’t even cover the railing damage. Let alone the other issues we uncovered. I also did not receive a discount…. In fact, you charged me for two trucks when we only needed one! The Manager on duty and Noah were well aware that we wouldn’t need two trucks.
Like I said to Mariah, Noah needs to step up his professionalism. His lack of communication was unfortunate and informing us of his real time personal matters is not something we need to be aware of. Unfortunately we took the brunt of it all.
As previously stated, I’m hoping our post will educate others to explore options.
They snapped the top beam of my sofa, ripped the upholstery, and cracked the base of my ottoman.
But according to the AAA Movers' assessment done from their computer, the furniture was "protected" in saran wrap and therefore they are not responsible.
This is ridiculous, and I highly recommend anyone to search elsewhere for movers.

Could not have asked for a better moving crew! Friendly, worked very hard, took care in moving our items, fast and efficient. Great communication prior to move from the estimate to the final bill. Highly recommend AAA Movers.

I had a phenomenal experience using these guys!!! They were running a little late for pickup time, but I was contacted right away to tell me they’re running slow (which was no big deal because I was on no strict timeline) and I really appreciated that communication! My old apartment complex doesn’t let moving vehicles pull into the lot, so the guys had to walk my stuff through the parking lot to their truck, and they didn’t even complain about it, in fact kept saying it’s “no big deal”. They were efficient and kind and honest and I genuinely enjoyed being in the company of the young men who helped me. AND TIFFANY IS THE KINDEST, SWEETEST, MOST PERSONABLE SERVICE REP I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF INTERACTING WITH. Tiffany deserves her own shout out because she was the absolute best.

If you’re looking for a friendly, customer service-focused and affordable moving company, then I highly recommend AAA movers. They were awesome to work with from start to finish and didn’t ruin any of my belongings while transferring them from the old house to the new one.

The 3 guys worked very well as a team, communicated well with me as to where things should go. They worked hard to ensure everything was covered well for the move. I was very impressed with them! I would highly recommend AAA movers.

Had a wonderful team of three knowledgeable AAA movers who took care of our large pieces. They hustled with care. We were pleasantly surprised with a lower than expected fee because of the team's efficiency .
