I was impressed with the crew from LaSalle from the time of the quote. Charlie gave a great breakdown of the details (much appreciated) of what was needed and what equipment they wold use to get us the efficiency we were after. On the day of install Kevin and Miguel arrived in the time window we scheduled and got right to work. They worked efficiently, neatly and answered any questions I had. I believe them to be a good value for money offering quality service. Update few years later: called LaSalle with an AC issue they listened to the issue and were able to get me scheduled and the AC repaired same day. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I have been using LaSalle for the past several years. Max and Charlie are awesome and extremely personable. We were having some issues with the furnace a few days ago, of course when the temps were going below zero. Charlie was out to our home within 2 hours and got the issue resolved! He also took the time to provide me with information about properly using the HRV and AprilAire humidifier together. I have referred LaSalle to several of my home buyer clients and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!

I am very grateful to LaSalle for their prompt and efficient service. My AC unit stopped working during the recent string of 90+ degree days, and I was concerned about how long it would take to get it fixed. I called LaSalle after hours and they answered right away. They scheduled me for the next day and sent Max to diagnose the problem. He confirmed that my old AC unit was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He also arranged for the installation of a new unit the following day. James and Mike did a great job installing the new AC unit and making sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. I appreciate the quality of work and customer service that LaSalle provides. Our A/C died on us earlier this year in June when we had a stretch of high 90s days and we were pretty desperate to find a company to help us out. LaSalle was able to beat the competitor's pricing in the area and man did we luck out. Not only did Charlie come to our house the very next day to look at what we needed, we had our entire heating and cooling system replaced within the next 3 days! 5 months later, I am super happy with the Bryant system they installed - very quiet and efficient! On top of that, I couldn't be happier with the technicians/installers that came to our house. They were extremely professional, friendly, and I could tell that they took pride in their work. I am probably one of the pickiest customers there are, but the guys did everything just the way I imagined it and worked very cleanly and installed the system so it looks nice and neat! In sum, if your looking for a reliable team that knows what they're doing and delivers a quality product, LaSalle should definitely be on your radar!
