Had to get the bob cat worked on. Great place. But I always have to dig deep in the pockets to pay for what I need done. But it is always done the right way

So I started today off with picking up a sg40 stump grinder at 7am. When I got to where I was going I tried to start it and it started spitting oil out the muffler and it would only start for a sec. So I called and they told me to bring it back and they will switch it. I asked if someone could bring it to me. When the replacement got there I seen it was a smaller grinder then the one I rented.(There is a reason I rented one the size I did. I had a lot of work to do and needed the power) So I just tried it for a min anyway. A while rolls around and I wasn't getting anywhere on the stump. I checked the quality of the cutting teeth. They were chipped and dull. So I called Crawfords. When they answered I got tossed to a couple people that just passed me on. We I brought up how they down graded me and the shape of the teeth all I got was them telling me they checked the teeth on the way put he door. I don't like being lied to. And i didn't get any apologies all I got was bring it back we will give you a refund. They could have saved alot of both our time if they would have just said they didn't have another grinder bigger or the same. Now they wasted my time, my money. Now I get to call homeowners and tell them I can't make it cause the equipment I rented wasn't maintained so I can't make it today. If you rent from here make sure the main parts the you'll be using are up to the standards you need. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here.
