I stopped in there to place an order to have some chairs powder coated. The office staff was very kind. I picked out my colors and left 50% down payment. Was assured at least twice if not more that they would be open tomorrow when I send to my husband on his lunch hour to drop off the chairs. He goes there next day and the office is closed at 11:20 am. Sign on the door said to see Mike around the corner in the shop. Goes around the corner to the shop and no Mike to be found. The shop help didn't know the order was coming and didn't seem like they wanted them to be left and husband didn't ask them if he could leave them since they didn't know what was going on. I had to stop working to figure out what to do quickly so husband could get back to work. Very stressful. Husband only has lunch hour to drop these off. So I called and left a message with the two girls in the office that helped me and also Mike Senior. I was frustrated and stressed but did not yell or anything. Meanwhile, Husband finally goes back after killing some time at Menards and a nice guy from the shop does take the chairs this time. No harm no foul, but obviously someone didn't remember we were coming and didn't tell the shop they were coming. However five hours after that began, Mike Senior called me and the first words out of his mouth were... This is mike from so and so...I said "yes"...he said, aggressively and angrily...."Listen, If you're going leave messages and be upset about this you can just come and get your chairs and take your money back!". No kidding. He proceeded to yell at me because I was upset that their office was closed when they said they would be open. I did take my chairs back. He didnt even ask if I was still upset. Which I wasn't, because it turned out ok even if it was a fiasco. Until he yelled.
