Overall

I would not recommend. I reached out to Joanne who I was told leads the team. Results speak for themselves: unable to take responsibility. Out dated sales approach.

This place is just awful to work at and I feel sorry for the home owners who have the trim, door frames, doors, and any product produced in this facility. Half a million to a million dollar homes have garbage from this place lining their stairways, fronts doors, everything. They can't keep workers so the craftsmanship is shotty and because of the negative culture management cultivates most people don't care. ATTENTION all potential laborers looking to be a delivery driver here. This is one of the worst delivery jobs you can take. You are often tasked with carrying very heavy and awkward objects by yourself over hazardous work sites. Many of the old drivers have serious back problems because of this place. The material is so subpar that the doors/frames and trim are often broke and/or failing apart before they even make it to the job site. We didn't even have 3 breaks for pete's sake and I was on my feet for over 5 hours before I got my 1st break which was lunch. I'm pretty fit and able to handle this, but it's the principal that upsets me about this break situation. The union gave it up one year for a paltry raise and could never bargain for it back after they lost it. Not to mention the ridiculous overtime and allowing them to post it last minute ruining my quality weekend family time. There is a horrible pyramid scheme union contract raise structure designed to keep wages low because most people won't get more than a 1 "block" of training before getting fired or leaving. Worst yet the business could freely add and remove these citing some dubious reasons. Don't even get me started on how pathetic the teamsters local 120 union is here. I will never join Teamsters again. I will never recommend them to anyone. I learned one valuable thing from this. Unions are like businesses. You should interview both and watch them both like a hawk cause some are out to eat you alive. Worst, some unions have no checks and balances except when the government steps in to slap them on the wrists for misappropriating members funds (I'm looking at you Teamsters). Glad I live in a right to work state now and we don't have these guys producing the product that goes into the houses here.

5 weeks and 20 + attempts to talk to Tom to fix cracked window glass which is under warranty. No success yet. They are yet to return the call.

Do not recommend this company. We moved into a new home that utilized this company. Within two weeks of moving in, the casing trim surrounding the kitchen sink is already destroyed. We had a pan that was drying leaning near it. Just that amount of water completely rotted the casing. I reached out to the company 3+ times over the past week before someone responded to me stating they don't carry PVC casing (or any better quality casing) and also failed to apologize for their poor products. Why would they put poor products that are so susceptible to water above a kitchen sink? I will be using another company and casing to have this corrected. Poor communication and poor products.

New build, purchased upgraded cabinets. One cabinet had a bubble which was very obvious. Cut veneer to go over it on my front porch. Cuts were off and you could see that it was cut and pasted on. 16 months later they are finally replacing the side of the cabinet. Is the veneer the same as the upgraded veneer? Nope. It is definitely not. My previous new home had to have four cabinets replaced from ABC due to crazy warping. Builders need to stop using these hacks.
