My employees needed to enter a business early and could not get a hold of the monitoring center. Tried calling them for 30 mins and get nothing but a access restricted message. Their outgoing calling system still worked as it called and unnecessarily woke 4 people who could not respond because of THEIR phone issues. Finally got a hold by going through a calling tree nightmare. I asked them what the issue was. Their responce was we have been having some phone issues earlier. I said earlier??? I would say you still have issues. They did not care. Their service is subhuman. I hope I never have a real emergency that requires their help.

Do not waste a dime on this alarm service. My alarm went off in the middle of the night last night, they did not call me as was proscribed. When I called them they put me on a long hold, could not find my account and then told me if it was really an emergency I should call 911. I explained that for $750 a year for monitoring, that was their job! When I tried to call this morning I pressed the number for “ medical emergency” and after 20 minutes on hold, hung up. You would die or be murdered before they ever answered. I am finding a new monitoring service but will do my best to make sure the next person doesn’t waste the money I have wasted with this horrible company. THE WORST!!!!!

Horrible customer service, have been trying to order access cards for over a month for the business I work at. No ETA given at the time of ordering. I called a couple weeks later and they didnt have any tracking info. Then said the cards will be in in a couple days. Now 2 weeks later still no cards and have contact them several times and still do not have cards!!!! Fustrated

This company has a very hard time understanding simple instructions. This company needs a in house doctor to supply the employees with ADD meds! This is the worst company to deal with !! You never can talk with anyone above a supervisor after telling them to do the same thing about 20 times . This company is only concerned about money and knows nothing about customer service because they think there the only game in town !! I've tied to talk with the president 3 times no luck ! Nothing is worst than this company !

Called Trans Alarm to enter property, employee got put on hold by voice mail for 8 minutes the last time. to enter business. This has happened many times now since they were purchased by another company. Called to complain, had to leave a voice mail message. Not heard any reply yet.
