Ron the Sewer Rat is a quality business that I have used for the last 3 years. Their technicians are thorough, respectful and well-trained. They have been very careful to work around a structural issue in my main drain 70 feet out towards the main sewer so as not to cause damage and I am grateful for their extra vigilance. Erik, in particular, is a real pro and I wish your company to know he is a first-class employee. Thanks for your hard work.

The staff at ron the sewer rat plumbing and the technician that came out are the best. They treat you like family and they go out of there way to make sure you’re satisfied. I will use them again. I had them out again and I just can’t say enough about the good work they do. The work is done in a timely manner and they make every effort to make sure your happy with everything being done. There staff is the best. They’ll call you before coming to your location they’re respectful and they love doing their job.

“Ron” is the best! Jon helped us so much was fast clean respectful and professional. Rotor Rooter sent out a salesman who wanted to dig up our yard, and repeatedly and forcefully pushed for an $8000 fix they claimed we needed. Ron’s team was able to clear our issues with a much simpler and faster solution, for less than $500. So glad that we had worked with them in the past and held out against the high pressure the big guys were applying on us at a time when we were already stressed and worried. We wanted a second opinion from the sewer rat and it saved the day! Thank you to Jon and the whole team!

Great experience. Kitchen sink/basement laundry tub clogged on a Friday night. When my efforts failed I called another prominent local plumbing company on Saturday morning. Because it wasn’t a mainline clog they wouldn’t come out on weekend and, in fact, couldn’t get someone out until Tuesday. Ron the Sewer Rat had Sat/Sun hours listed, so I gave them a call. Tim showed up a couple hours later and had the problem fixed inside of an hour. Then he spent some time discussing possible causes and solutions for the problem. Yes, we had to pay $150 extra for the weekend service, but since we had guests it was well worth it. We would’ve spent more on restaurant meals in the two days we couldn’t use the kitchen. Outstanding service, highly recommend.

Nick was excellent! Quickly fixed our clogged toilet issue. He also taught me about the toilet and how it worked which will help going forward. Excellent customer service on the phone and I was able to secure a timely appointment. Price was reasonable compared to other plumbers. I highly recommend Ron the Sewer Rat! .

I had a great experience with Ron the Sewer Rat. As a first time homeowner I’m never sure what to expect. When I called the office Molly was friendly and informative. She passed me along to a plumber who was able to answer my question about our floor drain. The automated system kept me up to date with reminders about my appointment and the status of the technician. When Jon the technician came out to clean our mainline and floor drain he was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He cleaned up the space as he went and explained what he was doing while doing it. I would definitely recommend Ron the Sewer Rat! I will call them again the next time we need plumbing help in our 109 year old house.

We have used Ron the Sewer Rat more than once; if you own a home, its inevitable. Our technician today was no exception. They enter your home clean and tidy, organized and polite. He completed two clean outs and left the space cleaner than he found it. He walked me through his work before and after with photos. Their pricing is reasonable, their staff are trained and knowledgeable.

We experienced issues with our floor drain backing up and Ron The Sewer Rat was able to come out the next day. Jordan cleared our mainline, floor drain, and took footage of our mainline so we could be aware of any potential issues down the road. He was friendly and great at communicating what he was doing while working in our basement. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up when he was done. Great customer service and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Cesar did a fabulous job as did the Sewer Rat Team! I called at 7:30 AM and by 10 AM, my back up issue has been corrected. Cesar worked with me step by step and also updated my sinks gaskets ensuring no leaks. I'm feeling very good about my experience. I've been using Ron the Sewer Rat since 2009, and I've never been disappointed.
