It took us a long time to figure out what stone to select for our kitchen and we visited many places. Primus was the best place in search of countertops for our kitchen remodel. They have a high end, an incredible number of slabs any other place we've been to. After visiting other places, we had to come back because of the Primus staff. Jay was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate. Sean was very helpful and showed us 4 different slabs that he had to move. We had a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this business to others. We would definitely come back! We love our kitchen and Primus made sure we picked the right slab for us. We cannot be more happy with our choice. Thank you to the Primus staff for an incredible experience.

We had a very disappointing encounter with Primus this week. Due to company error our Granite was sold to another buyer after we had the down payment on the slab we had picked out in store with a salesman. We were than told we would need to pick out a new slab even though we had a contract and documentation stating that we wanted that exact piece. Sales men continued to lie to us and then continued to say this had happened multiple times before because they are short staffed and complained about employees and management which we thought was a red flag to begin with. Manager was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and told us to “shut up” after us asking if there was a solution to this error. He than continued to making up excuse after excuse without any compensation. This company will be turned into the Better Business Bureau for further handling due to verbal harassment to a woman and extremely poor customer service. This is not how you run a efficient business and most certainly not how you treat your customers. I would advise anyone looking to buy granite for there home to not go with Primus in Eagan MN.
