Colton and the team were great guys! Very courteous and friendly. Had everything done in no time, they kept updating us that things were going well and according to plan. We are so glad we chose you to do our home generator project. I will highly recommend!! Great Job!!

Generator light was red called to have generator looked at. My expectation was this would be a general service. According to his notes he looked it over noted someone had turned off the gas and I was charged $500! I would at the bare minimum think he should have shown me how to fix that myself should a contractor do that again! Outrageous as far as I'm concerned!

I was extremely happy with Midwest Electric and Generator today. They installed our whole-home generator in about 4 hours. Power interruption was minimal, and the technicians went well beyond expectations as they cleaned up the wiring in my electrical panel, routed the various lines around the house and installed the generator in a perfect location. It ran flawlessly during the test run. Peace of mind and a good price made this an easy choice. Their bid was $7000 lower than another contractor in town for the exact same product. Very impressed.

Just received 5 star service from Midwest generator. The technician, Maxx, was very polite and informed me of everything done in the service appointment. He even went out of his way to replace a downspout that had come dislocated after a recent rain. I would definately recommend Max for your next service.
