the worse pet's control company ever. don't ever do business with this company. Their sales reps are really good promising you the world's best service. but once you signed off on the contract your are in big trouble. you can not even cancel the contract. you would try to cancel the contract and is very time consuming and really hard to get a hold of anybody. They don't even get close to the kind of promised service. I am looking for ways to even sue this company for their malpractice.

Hidden fees that the salesman didn’t warn me about that cost me hundreds.. lack of communication.. customer service that struggled to resolve my issue… the only thing they will do to assist you is give you a $20 credit… total joke. I had better luck doing this myself with Home Depot products… save yourself hundreds/thousands of dollars. They offered to rid my home of spiders, webs, etc.. unsuccessful. Furthermore, I contacted my city to look for a solicitor permit for when the salesman visited my home and they weren’t on file with the city of Cologne, MN. Total sham.

Like one of the other reviews said don't let the sweet young man at the door fool you...... We moved into this house about 2 years ago now we never had a flea problem before we moved here now I don't know what to do so I figured I would try their service but with the hassle and misleading trying to sign you up for more than you need. I stressed to the gentleman that that was all I wanted he tried to give me the package deal so that he could get more compensation when I called the main office they have a flea and tick service so you're not paying $200 a month it's a 100$ a session .... If I knew it was going to be so stressful I would have told the young man to leave there is definitely a communication problem that they need to get worked out along with all of the deceptiveness they need to be straightforward and show you the brochure when you are signing up for their services instead of after the fact telling you their truck is around the corner. Come on !!! I really wish I would have read the reviews but I was caught off guard and needed a service we had been looking around for something. First treatment today Let's see if it works ???I will update ? so like I said I would update after the other gentleman came out he did a great job and they are wonderful in the office with assistance to all your concerns ?

They are more pesty then the bugs they want to help you get rid of. I'd rather have the bugs..... these people have come to my home 2 twice in the last 2 days. Today it was 4 min after I walked in my door like they were stalking my house down the street to see when I got home. As I didn't answer yesterday so they had to come back. It's illegal to solicit on private property. Also told a neigh or that they clean carpets and a different neighborhood or they were pest control. So watch your houses and keep them locked up kinda fishy to me!

This company is a joke and biggest scam ever. Please avoid at all cost. Long story short they tell you they going come do all this and that. When they come perform the service it’s less then half what they say they’re going to do. I contacted customer services they sent somebody back out to do the job and still wasn’t what I requested. I gave eco shield three chances to make it right and they failed. I called to get my money back and they threaten to charge me an extra $400 for canceling the contract that they didn’t fully perform. On top of that their product wasn’t even affective. Still got ants crawling around. Biggest scam ever y’all can thank me later

Cypher was here for almost 45 minutes and made sure I was satisfied with the services before he left. He was great and it would be awesome to see him again next month for our service.
