Company is an absolute scam. They are only looking to take a cut of your insurance money. Didn't get anything additional approved that the insurance company was already allowing. They keep harassing me saying I didn't pay my invoice when I have receipts proving they cashed my check over 2 weeks ago. Now they are threating to send my debt to collections. Do not recommend.
Tim and Derreck were and a dynamic duo. My insurance company only wanted to pay 3K for the window damage I had due to hail. I brought in Gavnat at the recommendation of my rock solid contractor Joe at Bonfe Exteriors. Gavnat was very thorough and respectfully made the case to my insurance company and the claim went from 3K to 49K. To say I'm a satisifed customer would be an understatement!

DON'T DO IT! We are a young family who didn't know any better- learn from our mistake!
Our situation with Gavnat was unfortunately not the best and will be being met with legal action. The attention to detail was not there and they claim to work FOR YOU... buuuut they ended up helping to cause approx. $50k in steel to be mis-ordered for our property. I even had confirmed with their public adjuster (who was very difficult to reach on numerous occasions) that it was to be identical quality and thickness... but when push comes to shove everyone points fingers and places blame elsewhere. Between forwarding incorrect information and completely missing the CORRECT information listed on the report, they did not complete the job they were signed on to do. *This review will be edited if response to our legal request is re-thought and mistakes are owned up to.* I will be also going to the MN commerce channels with complaints as to how they acquired our business, as I believe it to be very unethical and misleading. Learn how to talk to your own adjuster and save the NUMEROUS and DETRIMENTAL headaches of this circus.
