He was efficient with my time and his, and helped work with me to fit my needs while accommodating my budget and concerns while staying in constant communication. His crew showed up on time, respected our house and completed the job while leaving zero mess. I don’t leave reviews often but I want to back up the multitude of other reviews Andrew has listed here. This was our first big home project (bay window), and it went better than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend!

So happy to have called Discount Window for our new front door and master bathroom window replacement. First, they were prompt, on time, and professional every visit. They were respectful and diligent to providing us what we were looking for from the top national brand we wanted to match our other windows. Customer service was amazing as they even managed fixing a very minor manufacturer blemish that took over two months for them to get the part!! Knowing the owner was completing the bid and measurements vs a sales person gave me confidence in every measurement and the execution. He was very thorough making sure he fully understood how the tile was to be laid in the master bathroom so everything aligned perfectly -- which it did!! The front door required some delicate work around the brick & mortar which they executed flawlessly. Discount Window will be the first place I call for our next window updates and they earned all 5 stars of this review.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I found this company on google and was able to speak with Andrew! He went above and beyond with me. I had a very tight schedule and he was able to get our window size measured and order placed so fast. He gave me a time table and he kept his word. I was always able to get a hold of him when I had questions and he was very patient and didn’t try and pressure me into the job. The installers came exactly when he said they would. They prepped the area they would be walking and started right away. Very nice and funny guys. I forgot their names but they are the best! They were able to get the window installed with the full service trim in about 3 or 4 hours and when they left you wouldn’t be able to tell anyone was there or I had any work done. Very clean guys. Also the window is working perfectly and is exactly what I needed. You will not regret working with this company. Great price. Great communication. Great people. You will thank me later!!!

Andrew at Discount Windows was great. Price was a little less than any other quote I got from full service window companies. The ProVia windows (3x picture, 2x awning) are well made and don’t leak air at all. My home is definitely more comfortable than before. It took about two months from placing the custom order to having everything installed. I Do wish I would have gotten all full-frame replacements instead of some inserts. More costly, but you get a better look than keeping the original sills, frames and trim. This isn’t a negative to Discount Windows - just a buyer option to be aware of. Overall, I’m super happy with the sales process, quality windows and quality installation! Wish I would have done it sooner!

I had a great experience having 15 windows and 1 sliding glass patio door replaced. We used Marvin Integrity fiberglass framed double pain casement windows with white trim. Discount Windows did an excellent job replacing my 30 year old Anderson wood framed casements. Andrew the owner and lead installer was friendly, personal, very professional and willing to work hard in 10 degree weather. He also fixed a woodpecker hole in my ceder siding for no charge. I made a couple of design decisions regarding the interior of the windows including adding quarter round around the interior window frame and adding caulking to the joint between the interior frame and the drywall for extra insulation. Andrew eagerly completed this for no extra charge. I was only charged about $200 for replacing some rotten wood around one of the previously existing windows. During the process, I interviewed approximately 10 window installer companies, basically a sales person would come in to my home and give me the hard sell. I basically did the deal with Andrew before he came over and we spent about 3.5 hours when he came over to make the final measurements and spent most of the time Chit Chatting as Andrew is a very worldly person. Oh and his prices were approximately 30 percent less than most of the estimates I received for similar quality windows from other vendors. As an engineer, i was insistent upon Fiberglass Windows for their strength and coefficient of expansion as it will expand and shrink similar to glass, which is way better structurally than vinyl, wood, or aluminum. They also did an excellent job cleaning up their work every evening. I strongly recommend that you consider Discount Windows for your window replacement project.
