Installed August of '24 by Kolby. From sales through installation Midwest earned all 5 stars. Every time I called Midwest with another question about their bid I was able to reach a person, not a machine! The install team were prompt, friendly, able to answer any question I had, tested the unit with us watching, and showed us how to change oil. The team handles all the code and inspection hoops too. Of course it would have been better if it cost less, but I'm generally of the opinion you get what you pay for. Well done Midwest Electric.

The crew was punctual, very polite and all very skilled in their jobs. Work was accomplished swiftly and professionally. When they had completed the installation of our generator system they cleaned up their areas and explained the operation of the system and maintenance requirements very thoroughly.
