One of the things the previous owners didn't take care of was the driveway. It had cracks all over and a lot of erosion around the garage apron. We joked we need 4x4 just to get into the garage. Tytann had the best price for the service. They came in an tore apart the driveway in less than 2 hours and made sure the base was good underneath. They got us in for install within a few days and gave the neighborhood kids a good show. The new blacktop driveway looks great, such a night and day different it made to replace it. Also Desiree is very informative and helpful.

Tytann Blacktopping replaced our asphalt driveway on 8/2/2022. They left a raised area at one of the corners of the apron. We didn’t notice it until each time it snowed, snow and melting snow ran under the garage door and into the garage causing puddling on the garage floor. I called the business several times asking for a call back but never got one. Finally the owner Ty Huber emailed and said he had sent me 8 emails and several voice messages, none of which I received. Suddenly he had the right email and responded by saying there was nothing wrong and that the seam lifted due to freezing. He said we should seal the seam and direct water away from the garage however we have an overhanging roof with gutters and the water is directed away. I had repeatedly asked that he meet me in person. Instead he drove by and took a photo from the street at an angle which doesn’t show the problem area as it is blocked by a spruce branch and he said nothing was wrong. I sent him a photo my wife had taken the day the work was done and if you zoom in you can see the raised area. His response was “No additional follow up is needed currently.” So we are stuck trying to find a way to get the asphalt in that corner fixed.
