We were able to get someone out the day we requested service for a gas line above our hot water heater with duct tape on it that we’d never noticed before. Rob was very professional and upfront that there was only rust, no gas leak, so we didn’t need to have the gas pipe replaced right away. We opted to have him replace it since the price he quoted was reasonable. We thought he’d have to come back another day to have enough time to do the repair, but he was able to fit us in and rolled the price of the call into the price of the repair. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing or gas line issues!
Great service from Patrick, one of their licensed plumbers. He was very generous with his time, super patient, and answered many, many questions :). It was clear he wanted to do an honest, thorough job and not just try to get us to pay as much as possible. Would recommend and use their services again.

I had the lucky chance of needing my drain pipes replaced. I had first called Hero Plumbing, but that experience wasn't the greatest. After their tech fled my basement I did some research and decided to give Mr. Rooter a call. What a GREAT choice it was. Both Aaron and John were professional and straight to the point. Not at one point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. They did what had to be done, even though it looked like a long and tedious job. Thank you guys, I can do laundry again! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any and all of your plumbing needs. Fair pricing, professional staff, and easy to set up the appointment. 5 stars all the way!
They also have a membership that's more than worth it with big jobs. 5 years of coverage!
