I was very pleased with the job that was done by your crew. They completed the work in less than two days and now the house looks 1000% better than it did before. The workmanship was impeccable. I was especially pleased with the work done on the garage because all the critters won't have access to it anymore. My highest compliments to your crew and the work they did. I would heartily recommend you to anyone who has similar needs in the future. I would also like to commend Josh and Earl for the work they did on the windows. They were friendly, courteous, and professional in every way. They explained in advance what they intended to do, which enabled us to avoid a lot of bother and inconvenience. They had 15 windows and a new front door to install, and the work was done in a day and a half. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and with the way our house looks.

I believe that I have been taken advantage of by the agent miss quoting what I wanted for windows. The agent wrote the bid for a 3 pane slider, but I asked for a double hung and a picture window for my living room. Now there has been a $1200.00 addendum put on my loan to get the window I wanted, not the one the agent wanted me to have. While I was finding out about the mistake and the addendum to my order, I was told that I was billed for a six window install, but I only had five windows installed. The windows are nice and I am happy with them. I just don't care for the fact that the agent made a mistake and I am paying $1200.00 more fore his error. I just want to have this error fixed. It was not my doing that caused this error. Thank you, Glen

This is the second time we have used Builders and Remodelers - we were pleased with the first small job they did so hired them to do a complete makeover of our garage. We were not disappointed. We can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the crew and their attention to detail. We highly recommend Builders and Remodelers and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Updated review after service. We had new windows installed in Feb 2023. We noticed some issues with water underneath one of the windows into the basement. There was a quick response to send an inspector out to look at the window above the area where water came in & it turned out there was a small crack in the frame. While the frame was re-ordered and under warranty, I did expect better initial communication and follow up on the issues. Eventually, I was able to get a hold of their GM and he took the time to inspect our home. Previous water damage occurred in that window before we purchased the home, but there also was a small amount that came in from the cracked frame as well. Before the replacement window was installed the window was sealed off and protected with much more detail. It was good to know something was done to help prevent water coming in through that frame in the future. 4 stars overall since there was some communication struggles trying to get in touch with someone who could give some clear answers and respond to our issue. But thankfully it was handled eventually and the issue was followed up with and resolved.

Builders and Remodelers came in and replaced a couple of sliding glass doors and windows in my home. The quality of my replacement windows are a tremendous improvement from what was previously installed. I dealt with air leaking through my windows causing my living room and kitchen to be freezing all the time during fall/winter. It’s been a couple of weeks with my new windows and doors, and I have had absolutely 0 temperature issues in those two rooms. Not to mention aesthetically, my new windows and sliding glass doors are a significant upgrade. I’m incredibly happy with the project and am excited to host Thanksgiving this year with a warm kitchen and living room! Also to add, throughout the sales process I felt heard and received exactly what I was looking for. During the window and door installation, the team was respectful of my property and left everything as it was when they got there. I am very impressed and intend to use Builders and Remodelers again in the future for my remodeling needs.
