I was really looking forward to using A-1 for my upcoming move as my friend had used their services last year and had a great experience. I submitted a request for a quote online and received an email with some information. Per the email's instructions, I called their office to ask some follow-up questions. The man who answered seemed friendly at first, but as I asked some clarifying questions, his tone and words became more and more condescending and aggressive to the point of me just having to hang up mid-conversation. My questions were specifically around the statement in the quote that said "You would receive $100 worth of new moving supplies with the move." I was trying to find out if these supplies would be included in the hourly rate or if this would be an extra $100 added to the bill at the end. I had read another review with a negative experience around being surprised by the moving supply cost, so I wanted to make sure I understood this beforehand. After this experience, I will be looking elsewhere for help with my move.

Andy, Joe and Brian were friendly, efficient, careful, helpful, pleasant and professional. Joel in the office was great to work with. I have moved about 14 times. A-1 has moved me twice and is the best! Nothing was broken or damaged.

I just had my move this morning. A few weeks ago I called and spoke with Fred and he was so nice and friendly and made sure my move got scheduled for the date I needed. I also called him a couple days before the move to confirm my move and he still was very nice. My move was scheduled for 8am this morning and the movers arrived on time knocking on my apartment door. Antonio and Mario greeted me and were very professional including taking covid precautions. They moved everything out of my apartment very fast and got to my new place very fast and brought everything in my new place very fast. They were very careful with my things and respectful of my new place. They were so nice and professional that ill definitely be using A1 moving for my next move and i already referred my friends to use A1 moving! :) thanks for helping me make my move quick and easy! :)

A-1 is our go to movers. We have used the same team twice in the last 3.5 years.
Very professional, they put runners and blankets down to protect our flooring, no damage was done.
They guys were great and interactive. We felt like we really mattered.
Price wise I find them really reasonable for the truck size they use, time and care efficiency and flexibility.
You can't go wrong with A-1 as your choice in movers.

Can’t say enough good things about A-1. They were the most reasonable price quote we received and I am so pleased with our decision. The moving team was friendly and prompt and smoothly handled moving two households into one in only 4 hours. They moved everything safely but efficiently. They even disassembled and reassembled many of our pieces of furniture. On top of that, they took away some of our unwanted pieces for a fraction of the price of any of the junk companies. Worth every penny!
