I will honestly and openly provide feedback and share my experiences with potiental franchisees. My best advice is to not contact just successful franchisees but also the failed ones. (There are plenty and there’s a lot of evidence to prove it).

I have close family members who used to franchise with this location. They are so nice and welcoming when you first join and when you’re training but that change right after you sign all the paperwork. They lack empathy and customer service. Which is funny because the service that they are providing is customer service. They are unresponsive while they expect you to respond asap. The woman field coordinator lack training in what she does. I think her name is Nicki or Nicole, she walked around the building my family members were cleaning eating and snacking the clients food. Please think well and hard before joining Jan Pro.

Use to franchise with them back in the days. They lack empathy let alone sympathy. Every time we were gonna have a building fully paid off they'd say we were let go from that facility when we've been cleaning the same and we were even acknowledged from the clients that we did a great job. Very snakey environment and would not recommend working with these crooks.

We have been using Jan-Pro for 1 year now to service my office. They are quick to responses and fix the problem the next day. Very professional. I recommend them. I have cleaning issue with the first account owner, and they quickly help switch to another account owner which provide better performance than the previous account owner. I am happy because overall, they provide service better than the past company cleaners. Recommend!

Jan-Pro has been our nightly office cleaning crew for several years now. Our crew does a great job; they are very conscientious. We can trust them to do the job right. We are able to keep in communication with the crew daily if we need to add or change anything. In the event that there are any glitches, the Jan-Pro management staff work with us to be sure that everything is as it should be. Jan-Pro conducts surprise inspections to check on the crew and be sure that things are going well. The Jan-Pro support staff is an invaluable resource and check in regularly. We are very happy with Jan-Pro.
