John is extremely profession, reasonably priced, and very thorough. I have used him to inspect several commercial buildings I have purchased and his reports are detailed and extremely useful. He's flexible with scheduling and quick to send the report (took less than a week to get it). I strongly recommend his inspection services!
John was very personable and let us walk around with him while he inspected the property. Gave us valuable information and suggested ways to fix/repair things in the house. Would definitely recommend him.

John was great! Very professional and thorough with our inspection. He got us scheduled in less than a week, spent time answering all of our questions, and had the extremely detailed final report to us in less than 24 hours. He also took the time to make sure to sanitize the house after the visit. A pleasure to work with!

John did an excellent and thorough job of our inspection. I was present for the majority of the inspection and he answered every question I had, described in detail what he was looking at and why and gave us some excellent information about ongoing maintenance and what to watch for in the future.
The inspection was worth every penny and it is very clear John takes his work seriously and wants to do the best job possible for his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Minnesota Inspections to friends and family in the future and they will be the first company I call in the future!

John did a fantastic job and was more thorough that I ever thought possible in an inspection. He was very detailed in every room and every portion of the exterior. He was available on short notice and punctual. John was fun to work with and saved us a great deal of money on a house that looked perfect on the surface, but wasn’t up to par with the functional components. I would recommend him and his services to anyone!

John was extremely helpful during my inspection. He took the time to help me understand why the items he noted were an issue and also was very willing to answer questions about how various things in the house worked (which was very valuable for a younger homebuyer) . While we weren't able to come to an agreement with the homeowners, the walkthrough I did with John taught me several things I should look for before putting in an offer and I feel much better looking at future homes knowing that I have an inspector I can trust!

John did an excellent job inspecting a home we are hoping to buy. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure he addressed everything in the house. We would use him again and would highly recommend anyone else looking for a home inspection to call him right away!

John is incredibly knowledgable and professional. He looked closely at every part of our house and took the time to clearly explain each of his concerns to us. And his final report was thorough; it provided suggestions for necessary repairs, photographs of problem areas, a recommended timeline for each issue, and an estimate of the cost. Plus, he's really patient and pleasant.

Great experience with John at Minnesota Inspections. He was on-time, personable, and really knew housing. I was looking for someone who would give me the honest truth on a house and he didn't disappoint. I got a 78 page report detailing every issue the house had. The more important issues were summarized and easy to understand. Most of the other issues he found were minor, but it was nice knowing everything. Would highly recommend John.
