TL;DR: If you are at ALL on the fence about diving in to kitchen or bath remodeling, rest assured you are in GREAT hands. Wildwood is thoughtful, practical, and communicative, which is incredibly important when you're inviting people into your house. Jump off that fence and give Wildwood a call! I love to travel with my family. So when we had the opportunity to remodel our original 1977 (?) bathroom, I was able to pull in our most favorite elements from our trips into this new space. Wildwood, Janel and her team were so patient as I pulled together a variety of inspirations and thoughts, and worked diligently to bring the bathroom of my dreams to life. They sent me a schedule every Friday for the following week of who I could expect when, and how long things were estimated to take. I never felt I was in the dark about what was going on, which was awesome. Now, instead of hurrying past the bathroom on my way to doing laundry, I make it a point to visit the room every morning. There, I see the towel bar warmer that reminds us of our pied-à-terre in Paris, experience the add-on bidet seat that brings back our temporary home in Tokyo, and the flooring and color scheme that we fell in love with in New Zealand. I love being able to walk in to that room and bring those memories back to me--and walk out to return to the comforts of home. Thank you for bringing my dreams to life, Wildwood! Until our next project together...
We decided to do a Kitchen facelift and redo of our Laundry room. We were pleased with LeAnn and her team from Wildwood Kitchens and Baths. We knew what we wanted as a finished project and this team made it happen. They worked within our timeline and budget. Our spaces are now transformed. What a pleasure it is to be in our updated spaces with new functionality and pleasing design details. Was wonderful working with a local team. Their subs were good too!

We are loving our new kitchen and coffee bar area done by Wildwood Kitchens and Bath! Lydia was our designer and she helped pick out beautiful cabinets, countertops, backsplash and flooring—she even found us some more space by bumping out the countertop layout. Sam and Jon do excellent install and finish work. Great care was given to our home while they were here. Communication was excellent with everyone, including our project manager, Stephen. A family-feel company who show they care and listen and provide excellent results.

We would highly recommend Wildwood Kitchens and Baths for any remodeling project you are planning. They were easy to work with, walked you through all aspects of the project and were on top of any unplanned things they find once you start and respectful in your house.
We remodeled our kitchen, added a dining room by opening up a bedroom and added a bathroom. We lived in our house during the remodel. To start, Janel gave us options for design with estimates on pricing so we could keep to our budget. Once we started, we got a weekly schedule so we knew who to expect when and a project timeline. Even with a few changes to the project, they were done on time. We absolutely love how it all turned out and have enjoyed living in our new space!

When folks ask me if I use a designer, my reply is an emphatic YES! I have been working with Leann Wilbourn for over 15 years covering many projects in Minnesota, Michigan and even our cottage in the Bahamas. Whether our needs were a small project or a large, 4000 sq. ft. renovation in Ann Arbor, she has met the challenge. Besides terrific design ideas, she works hard to find designs that are within my budget & can be accomplished in the appropriate time frame. Another bonus with Leann, is that she will work directly with my contractors when there are questions or issues. Her knowledge & ability to converse one on one with them is important especially given the distance variable. In summary, I highly recommend Leann & am completely confident you will be pleased with her work.

When any contractors with WWKB are working on your home, make sure to track the start and stop times. I was told by 1 of the people who work there, when he came to my home, he arrived because he had to "make up hours for his paycheck" bc he was out of town the week before that, and needed to make 40 hours to get paid. He had nothing to do at my home and said he "needed to be there to get his 40 hours in" for that week. I explained to him that the client gets charged when he is there and if he is not doing anything I still get charged. I was shocked that he was not aware that clients get charged when he is simply arriving and doing nothing. Clients be aware of when they are there and track because of this issue.

Our bathroom was outdated and some materials were deteriorated. Janel came to our home and gave us several different options for remodeling. She gave us a proposal and estimate for the option we selected. The quality of the work was excellent and the bathroom fixtures she recommended are top quality. This was a major renovation and we are very happy with the results. Thank you Janel and Wildwood Kitchens and Baths!
