We were looking forward to working with this company on a smallish project involving reconstruction of a fireplace surround, mantle, and side bookcases. The owner came out, took a few measurements and the designer sent back a CAD line drawing with some indecipherable measurements that bore little resemblance to what I wanted. She wanted me to approve it and said she would give me an estimate. I emailed her twice suggesting she come to our house to actually see what we wanted done and offered her many appointment times. She cancelled one appointment because “something else came up”. I rescheduled a dentist visit in order to set up another visit with her but two hours before the 9 am appointment she emailed me and asked if we could do a video visit because “the roads were a bit icy and it was foggy”. At that point I was so frustrated I told her to forget the whole thing. Congratulations, Kendra! You lost a job for Freeman’s Custom Cabinets.
We’ve worked with Pat and his team on two projects now. The first was to do some custom modifications to our kitchen cabinets. Then we had them do a custom fireplace mantle and built-in shelves in our living room. During the living room project, we mentioned that we were having some issues with the slow-close hardware they had installed in the kitchen. Pat and his team offered to take care of the issue right away! We are very happy with the end results of both of our projects, and plan to work with Freeman’s again when we’re ready for some built-ins in the next room!

Bought bathroom cabinets a couple years ago from Pat. And full kitchen caninets, laundry, and fireplace surround a few years before that. Original product looks great. However has not held up well after a few years. And I have received no help getting repaired as I was told Inwould. After many attempts to contact and over a month I have received not response. Install was similar service. You will be better off spending a little more to get better quality and service.

After a mishap with a family friend left me in a lurch, I reached out to pat for some built ins around our stone fireplace. Pat was prompt in getting me a quote, building and install was fast and they gave me exactly what I wanted! Everyone involved in the process was great!

I don’t normally leave reviews but we had Freemans do custom cabinets in our home office. They turned out even more beautiful than I had anticipated and the work was done quickly. We will definitely be having them come back for future projects!

Our “3-month” kitchen remodel started in the Summer of 2021. After 1.5 years of awful communication, delays, cancellations, late shows and no shows, and poor craftsmanship, we fired Freeman’s from our project. It is hard to describe our level of frustration with the owner and his lack of professionalism. Pat’s attention to detail was nonexistent – on the first delivery they brought a product that we did not order, and in subsequent deliveries I had to point out numerous obvious defects. Pat reliably found excuses for each problem and made little-to-no attempt to resolve issues. Worst of all, he was consistently rude, condescending, unpleasant and argumentative.
We would take personal days from work to ensure Freeman’s staff could access our home for installations and repairs, only for workers to not show up, or come for an hour and leave with the job unfinished and not return for another 1-2 months. Once when I asked why workers didn’t show up at the scheduled time, Pat said he had known they wouldn’t be able to make it to my house but told me they would be coming because he thought that’s what I wanted to hear.
To say that we are unsatisfied is an understatement. The lack of respect for our time or satisfaction was truly baffling and unacceptable. We would never recommend this company to anyone we care about.

We used Freeman's Custom Cabinets for a total remodel in our new home. The work included brand new kitchen cabinetry, laundry room storage, mudroom storage, and 3 bathroom vanities and cabinets. We had 5-6 different companies give bids, and with such an extensive project, cost was definitely a factor. Pat and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. Every single person that came out to our house was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. The customer service was great, and most importantly the final product is beautiful! We love everything they did, and would highly recommend using Freeman's to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price!
